Great temp service! Very friendly and nice staff. The process was quick and they ask what your looking for, hours, pay etc.to help find the best job for you. I worked with Brian, I would DEFINITELY recommend him, he’s by far the best always available when I have questions. Quick to help with whatever I need! Love it here!

I've worked for Regal Staffing for over a year now. I love all the people in the office brances they're all very nice and try to keep you working. They also try to get people at jobs they know will convert. I have to admit that some of the on-site staff @ work locations can get beside themselves and they try to talk to you crazy. Which is a big diffrence from the branch workers. All in all I give 4 stars.

The staff does not pay their employees, our Christmas was ruined because they have yet to pay my husband. It’s been almost a month with no pay and every time he goes up there it’s a different story. I’m interested in starting a class action lawsuit against them. If anyone else works here or assigned to Sam’s Club and have not been paid, Contact me. I’ve contacted a lawyer.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews. My son was hired on with a company after using this staffing agency. He was killed in a car wreck shortly after. The owner showed such compassion and genuinely cared. I thanked her for giving my son a chance. If I needed a job I would definitely use them. I would rather work for someone who actually cares than someone who don’t

Such disorganized establishment. The staff members were extremely rude. They seem more interested in the office gossip they had going on! Then their work. Such a WASTE of time!

They are big liar. They said they will give employees referral at the beginning. I referred 4 employees, and now they are saying they never give referrals bonus.
Have no ethics!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERINCE WITH THIS PLACE THEY FOUND ME MY PERMANENT JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

The problem I had with Regal is they posted positions with a company in North Ft Worth that they didn't a contact with!
There is other temporary agencies that use this same practice.
They will post a position that pays good but will stick you in a dump and low pay!
If this happens to you let the Texas Work Force know and keep your documentation.

I've worked with a lot of staffing agencies over the years for when I want to do a little extra work during the summer, and in my experience Regal has been the best to work with. You can tell that they really care about helping you out and if there is ever a problem they do their best to make it right. I recommend them to anyone looking to find some temp work

If I could give a lower rating i would, they just sent me in a room with no instructions and seemed more concerned about people calling than people who actually go there to apply. On top of that they left me waiting for 25 minutes while they talked to each other about people who walked in earlier.

Worst staffing agency ever. The assistant manager Elsa is a liar. And they are all programmed to pay you as little as possible.
