Dr. Regina Koshy is very caring and thorough. The office visit was very informative and followup care fully planned.

I had a video appointment scheduled weeks ago for today at 10: 30 am. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. I waited for 30 minutes and finally had to call. I was on hold for another 10 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer and had to cancel. I told the nurse who finally answered my call that I wanted to cancel my appointment since no one bothered to call me and send me a video link for this appointment as what the instructions said. I told her NOT to bill me since this appointment never happened. What a terrible experience! I had to make arrangements for this appointment because it's in the middle of the day. NO one from the doctor's office followed up like what the instructions suggested. I already confirmed this appointment a few days prior and even had my husband call to confirm on 8/8 and asked about the instructions again since this was a video appointment. The appointment was supposed to be at 10: 30am on 8/10. I'm extremely disappointed. I was very happy with my previous appointment with Dr. Koshy. But today's experience was completely the opposite.

Took thorough medical history, thoughtful explanations and discussion, appropriate plan of action

The facility is modern, clean, and of high quality. The staff were friendly, extremely proficient, and helpful. Billing was clear and I was happy with the whole process. Highly recommend.
