I took a loan for 2000 and made 3 payments. When I call to payoff the balance it’s 2145. Somebody explain this to me! They said the payment made was going only to interests. I said you are stealing and lady said: the agreement said that.
Stay away from here. They will steal your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Go to a regular bank of credit union.

The service was okay nothing exceptional. I was in a hurry and just signed and didn’t even think to ask about what the insurance was but once I looked over I literally purchased almost $400 of insurance. I feel this really needs to be disclosed and not just sign this form. Again yes it was my fault for not reading but it kinda sucks to take advantage of a person without disclosing additional fees besides interest. Just wanna pay off the loan and hopefully I will never need to ask for a new one from this company again.

Jo is extremely nice, polite, and patient. She gave me the best experience with Regional. I definitely recommend her for your requests. It was a blessing working with her

Excellent attention and friendly service Maria help me out to consolidate some debt and bring my tittle loan with then, also she speak Spanish. Brittany her manager was amazing. I will recommend this location and will use then in the future.

Customer service is terrible! If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs a better quality of employees to work in this field.

Make sure you read the fine print. They wanted to charge me $1,700 for Insurance on a $7,000 loan.

Horrible experience, I went to sign on my paperwork and the employee with name Jo force me to buy unemployment insurance after I told her in three different times that I don’t want it. Her manager also got involved until they squeezed my hands to buy it for 8$ more a month. The most offensive thing was when she told me I have to hurry up and sign cause she is having another costumer coming in so if she has to reprint everything again I have to go back in the lain.in never going back there again

The staff in the Katy office are great! Everytime I have had a need, they have been very helpful in getting me the funds. I recommended them 100%!
