He really made our day with the refinancing of our car, to your company along with some unexpected cash. He truly made our vacation happen.

Was at another branch but came to Texas city office, they all are very efficient, loving what they do. They all made me feel comfortable and went beyond measures to help. Natasha was extremely helpful and kind. I feel so grateful for this, natasha stayed to help me and I couldn't be more happier.

Very professional! There were 2 ladies helping me (Natasha and her assistant) on a day when their office was short staffed. If it wasn't for the fact that I was sitting in the office, I would have never known that it was, for them, one of those "hectic office days" we all have from time to time. With everything they had going on, these ladies were still answering the phones and still helping people to the fullest capacity. They were nice to everyone and very very helpful. I had some challenges and they waited patiently until i got what i needed.
