3Terrible customer service, this place is useless, I recommend not coming to this bank.
I always bank inside. There is rarely any wait and if there is managers jump up and help the tellers. They try and learn your name and are extremely fast and helpful. The financial folks know their stuff and can walk you through anything with ease. The contrast between this bank and others I have dealt with is night and day. Regions being the bright sunny day.
ATM stole my card while I was trying to make a deposit, and now I'm likely going to get hit with an overdraft because of it. Why their fraud prevention got triggered over an attempted cash deposit is totally beyond me. I was on the verge of closing my account for a while but this tears it.
EDIT: The send and view messages button in the app appears to be completely broken, what a surprise.
