Regions Bank, League City TX

This is the best I have ever had with a bank. I will always Bank with Regions in League City, TX. And you will think the same way after you open an account with them. Keep up the Good work you are giving to all that you service in Banking!

I’m never one to leave reviews but I can’t wait until I can completely close my account. Since September I’ve had my card shut off 3 times and had to get 3 new cards each time. The fraud alert texts come hours if not a whole day later so by the time you respond “yes, this is me” or “no, this is not me” your card is already shut off. The only way you’ll find out is by your card declining when you are trying to purchase something since the alerts are so behind! Ithe amount of times I’ve been placed and a cashier or waiter as told me my card is decking is beyond embarrassing. And mind you it is not a low funds issue. I’ve been in airports and my card has shut off (mind you I always tell them when I’m traveling), been at a company dinners, and been out shopping. It never fails they always lock it up after bank operation hours and Regions does not offer 24/7 customer service. Don’t be fooled. The 24/7 number can not help you. All they can do is turn your card off to avoid fraud charges. Oh and if they happen to be wrong and it is actually you trying to purchase something, you still have to get a new card! I’m so sick of it. I work 8: 30am-5: 30pm so I literally had to take off work this morning just so I could withdraw my money and move to another bank. Seriously, who has time to go to the bank every two weeks and get a new card? Or wait a week for a replacement card? To be fair, the guy at the League City Branch and rest of the employees have always been polite. However, the woman I dealt with in greenway plaza was nothing but hateful as soon as she found out I was closing my account and withdrawing all my funds. Do not bank here. Nice people for the most part but horrible operations.

Constantly putting random holds on my business account makes it very difficult to run a business. All they are worried about is selling you unnecessary services and marketing their other products. I will be leaving this bank soon.

Slowest bank teller’s in history! Every single one of them. None of them seem to love their job. I’m surprised no changes have been made for the loyal customer’s.

I came in with a handful of issues regarding my elderly mother's accounts and he knew exactly what to do. He fixed everything and even some things I had not thought of. Additionally, he gave me a great suggestion regarding one of the accounts.
I was experiencing anxiety since being put in charge of my mother's accounts and he lifted all of the confused weight off my shoulders. I am so very grateful!

Horrible customer service! Saturday they don’t asked you why you there or for what purpose they let you sit and wait for an hour to let you know the they can’t help you to open an account! Horrible they don’t care about having new customers!
