The people here are wonderful! Very nice and extremely friendly and courteous. I think the low reviews must be old and Regions changed staff because I love this bank and the people who work there are terrific.

Be AWARE / STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE SMART TO UNDERSTAND!
Regions takes money out of your ACCOUNTS WITH OUT WARNING, AND WILL NOT RETURN! THIS IS TO WHY YOU WILL SEE VERY LITTLE ACTIVITY OR NO TRAFFIC AT THEIR BANKS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR WITH NO CARES AT ALL!

I've dealing with this branch over 16 years and the only issue I've had with them was running out of lolly pops one time.
