Usually pretty quick and on top of things. Recently ran into. Non standard situation that left some of my clothes partially pressed and a sweater damaged. BUT! Upon reaching out to the owner, himself and the staff took care of me to remedy the situation. Day to day business with them is otherwise a good experience and good product.

2nd experience with this cleaners and both times I feel they over charged me! 1st time I brought a bridesmaids dress in to get altered, I was quoted $40.00 and when my mom went to pick it up they said the price was over $100.00.2nd time I brought in 27 pieces counting them with the attendant, I asked for a price when I dropped the clothes off and didnt get an amount. I went in today to pick up my items and was charged $245.26 showing 28 pieces I will take my business somewhere else that shows prices upfront! This place is a joke!

Each time we have used their services it has been fantastic! Service is great and our clothes always look great!

These folks are amazing! I just got married and my wife wanted to preserve her wedding dress. The dress is a rather poofy ball gown, one of the Disney Princess wedding dresses from Alfred Angelo (before they went bankrupt), so it was difficult to find a place with a storage box large enough. Reid's not only had the proper size, they said they do this kind of "heirlooming" all the time and are quite familiar with how to properly clean and pack dresses just like my wife's!

They put the dress in a special blue bag that protects it, then placed it in a lovely gold box with a window to see the dress. They sealed the box with tape, and wrapped it in another special blue bag for an extra layer of protection. Finally, they gave us a second box to put the gold box in - YES, THIS DRESS IS ALL SET! Love the extra care they took with each step. I really feel like they valued my wife's dress as much as she does.

Consistent quality and reasonable prices. All you need in a dry cleaners.and a drive thru when you're really tired.

Great curb side service. Friendly staff and the $5 coupon from time to time is helpful. Cloths come out perfect. No rips, stains or missing buttons. Overall great job.

Wow.laundered shirts were $1 more $2 more for pants than at Ricks cleaners. No-one came out to the drive thru as expected. The staff didn't even great my wife when she finally came in after 5 minutes. She stood there for another 5 minutes, was the only patron in the store and listened to them talk about everything but laundry before being asked if she need something. Of we were not face timing. I would never have believed the device was that horrible. Never again.
