The first batch of white shirts I brought here came back not fully cleaned and covered in fuzz and hair. Michael Reid himself guaranteed to me that it wouldn’t happen again with my next batch of dry cleaning.
It happened again the very next time.
Covered in fuzz and other people’s hair is bad enough; not completely clean is worse.
