I have been coming to this Reid’s location for over a year due to their great and fast service. They never fail me with quick 24hr turn around a for suit + shirt dry cleanings and they do excellent alterations quickly. They are also incredibly nice! Even after moving over to the east side I make the trek over here because of their great customer service. Trust them with your cleaning needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Hard to find customer service like Reid’s! I forgot I had dropped off a dress I loved and they took the trouble to call me and make sure I got it back. Lived all over Austin and they were the best.

The pricing at this place is simply outrageous. I was charged over $60 for 2 simple dresses. They do not offer un upfront quote so you have no idea what you have to pay until the job is already done. I don’t recommend this place at all you can get the same job done elsewhere for cheaper

I’ve been using Reid’s Cleaners for years and the quality of work from this team is top notch. Btw, yes.sometimes there’s occasional issues but most of the time it has to do with the type of fabric that’s being dry cleaned. Which is honestly my fault because I’m still somewhat new to wearing suites and learning which types of fabric are the most durable. That being said, if there’s ever anything wrong, this store always steps up to the plate to make it right and for me, that’s what true customer service looks like! Cheers

The staff was extremely friendly and has good people skills, but I brought in 1 suit jacket for alteration and dry clean, and 1 for just dry clean

I was quoted $50 then got charged $74, I wish there was more transparency in pricing

We got two of our queen size comforter cleaned at Reid's Laundary. The original price quoted to us was 40 $/ea but at the time of delivery we were charged 50$/ea. Price transparency should have been better.

In a world where customer service has all but disappeared, this place is one of a kind. I had a problem with one of my shirts, and Mike Reid, the owner, personally took care of it. He spoke with my tailor and got me a new shirt free of charge without fuss or issues. It was the best customer service I've experienced for as long as I can remember. I strongly recommend this local Austin spot if you want a personal touch, great service and of course, great cleaning.

I own a restaurant and spend a lot of time thinking about hospitality. This dry cleaner might offer the best hospitality of any business in Austin. I don’t come frequently and they always know my name, always ask about my husband by name, and make me feel appreciated. I would not go anywhere else for dry cleaning.

All of the folks at Reid's cleaners are incredibly friendly and professional. I have other dry cleaning options nearer to me but will drive the extra distance just to go here and support them.

I absolutely love this place. Very timely, affordable and the service is top tier. They are so so kind. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly. They are open promptly at 6: 30 in the morning (never late) and they always greet me with a smile, even though it's so early. They are very fast and will ask you if you want your dry-cleaning ready in a few days. If you say "no, " they will offer same day service for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (provided you show up before a certain cutoff time, of course). I was so surprised they wouldn't charge extra for this.

Came here based on a friend's recommendation. Brought 5 clothes. Two came back dirty, with marks looking like charcoal pencil drew on them. Brought them back for a redo. There're some improvement but I still found marks here and there on my clothes. Truly have no time for this.

People are very nice here but the quality of the work is. I am not sure how to describe it. I guess I will just bring my clothes elsewhere.

Affordable prices and great service. I had forgotten to dryclean my dress that was needed in two days and called to see if they could help. They were amazing! I was stressed but was super calm after giving it to them. Got it the next day and was all set. Highly recommend! The staff is friendly too!

The employees here are super nice and friendly. The location is really convenient because this was on my way home from work when I used to work in an office. They generally do a good job but I have received a couple of garments back that still had stains which was disappointing. Generally, I do highly recommend them because they stick to the timeline they promise and they always greeted me by my name when I came in!

This is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. Prices are expensive but in great location for west campus. Every time I walk in, they know my name and have the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed (I worked at the ymca for 3 years). My clothes are practically given to me before I make it to the register and they always ask how I’m doing. Seems like all the workers are in the same family from how well they work together and understand what they do. Definitely recommend Reid’s as for dry cleaning and washing, and will be sad to leave the elite tailored experience after college.: (
