I am so happy i found this place when it came to looking for engagement rings! They were so helpful with everything and really understood what i wanted. I had a vision in my mind of what i was looking for and a certain budget and they were able to get it done within my budget. I would 100% recommend this location especially if you don’t have much knowledge about looking for jewelry they will definitely steer you in the right direction.

We went to Reiner's for a wedding band and a custom engagement ring (adding in two family diamonds). They were knowledgeable in helping us chose a center diamond to match the quality of the diamonds we had, and the rings turned out beautifully! I would recommend going to Reiner's for any jewelery needs, and we will definitely plan to use them again in the future.

Reiner’s did a beautiful job turning bracelet links into a pair of earrings, they worked with us to show options and made sure we were completely satisfied before completing the transaction. They even modified the earring post after the initial set was a bit tight, and did so on a short and reasonable timeline. Recommend for custom work!

Reiner's has a nice low key atmosphere, great customer service, and fair prices. I came in looking for a ring setting for an emerald cut diamond. Bert showed me what they had in the store, and we discussed making a custom design. He was very pleasant to work with, very patient and accommodating. Ultimately they made a customized setting based on a ring in stock that wasn't quite perfect for me, and they made further small revisions to be sure I was happy with it. I'll be sure to return for other jewelry purchases and repairs.

Great costumer service, beautiful store and lots of options. I came in to resize an heirloom ring, which they did perfectly, also got the ring cleaned and polished. Priced fairly.

I am so glad my husband found this place! I had an old diamond necklace and ring I wanted made into earrings. I also had an old diamond tennis bracelet I wanted made into an eternity band. They did an amazing job! Everything far surpassed my expectations. Everything was done beautifully and in a timely manner. You absolutely won’t go wrong coming to this place for anything jewelry/engagement related. I’m so happy with their work!

They have an incredible selection of diamonds both online and in-store, and they were always quick to respond when I emailed any questions or wanted to come in and see a stone during this process. My fiancé loves her beautiful ring, and I could not recommend Reiner's enough!
