First time coming to this medical spa and it was one of the worst experiences I had from all the spas I’ve been to. I went there intending to sign up for a membership but after my experience, did not proceed to.
They were short staffed, my treatment was supposed to be for 40 mins or more and I probably got a 20 min treatment. The lady kept busy preparing stuff around rather than treating me. Other spas have everything ready and spend almost all the time treating for what you paid for. I got a dermasweep and it was just terrible, the machine broke and it felt like a super cheap dermabrasion. I did not feel a difference in my face even through the cost is the same as a hydra facial. I ended up paying $185. Completely outraged. Really terrible place to go to if you want to get good quality. Glad I didn’t sign up for their membership.

Proceed with caution. I was told “don’t get Botox treatments off of Groupon, ” while I was at this practice… Being treated with Botox… That I purchased off of Groupon? !? ! In the end Michelle Paris was right. She did not -really- listen to my treatment goals. I was only concerned about treating my glabellar lines, which I told the woman that checked me in, did my intake, and took my initial photos. Not a great experience for my first time getting neuromodulators.
In the end, my glabellar lines were treated. As well as my horizontal forehead lines.without explicit explanation and consent. I got treated beyond what I came in for and did not feel listened to. She said upon check-out that I “needed” the additional injections.but did I really? My expectations for injection practitioners in the future is that they explicitly ask about my budget and respect that, which I have been able to find elsewhere.
I already have hooded eyelids, and really wish that would have been taken into consideration as the treatment just ended up dropping my forehead and brow, when that’s not event what I came in for. During the appointment, I also asked about how to enhance my jawline with fillers in the future and was told that the best way to achieve that would be via fillers in the temple. I ended up getting a consultation at a different practice and was told why that treatment approach makes zero sense from an anatomical perspective. I also found a practitioner that explicitly discusses budget and desired treatment outcome before proceeding with treatment and is willing to work within my student budget and takes time to be abundantly clear about treatment and expectations.

If you are looking to get well or simply stay well, then go see the great folks at RejuvaWell! I have been seeing them regularly for 2 1/2 years. They made me well and now they are keeping me well. Love the staff.

Beautiful space and professional staff! I’ve been here for Botox and Lip injections a few times now and it’s always a good experience. Highly recommend!

We went on a Monday so the place was pretty empty. We had a great visit. We had the couples massage. One hour of massaging. The staff was very nice. Then we went on to the bar where we had some light bulb drinks that had a cute flashing light in it.

Kat is absolutely incredible. She is the best at what she does and my skin has NEVER felt better.

Catherine & Michelle are amazing. I am a nurse and thought I had a basic understanding of Botox & skincare, but these two ladies taught me so much. Especially about how to reduce the amount of Botox needed over time. My facial was wonderful and made my face feel like a new baby:). Love this place!

I got an aqua gold treatment under my eyes and around my nose and the way it smoother and minimized my pores has changed my world. They do free consultations and their space is impeccably chic and clean, not to mention the staff is full of people who are beautiful inside and out. Check out their memberships!

Dr Paris told me exactly what would work the best for me. I love the results from the Exilis skin tightening. Better than a facelift! The look is completely natural, just more youthful. And I had no idea what skillfull aplication of Botox could do. Amazing! Highly recommend RejuvaWell.

Before coming to RejuvaWell, I was a botox virgin. I’m fortunate to have great skin with few wrinkles, but I gave it s try. The staff there was fantastic! They were kind, informative and answered all my questions. Dr. Paris was great and helped me relax. She talked me through the procedure, which I really appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised that there was zero bruising or any marks! I know it takes several days to settle in, but I already see a difference! Thank you!

I came here via Groupon but will keep coming back because of the fantastic results and personable care!

Becky did my forehead and lips while Katharine (& another staff member I sadly do not remember the name of) literally held my hand. I've never been shy of needles (I have four tattoos) but something about this process triggered an anxious response. I was so nervous, I was shaking. Rather than be irritated by this, they were kind, supportive and incredibly patient. After taking time to ensure my lips were done properly (I'm sure it took longer than other appointments) they immediately referred me to their in-house Chiropractic services to address this anxious-stress response. As embarrassing as this *could have* been, I'm so touched by the way my visit was handled.
Also, my forehead is wrinkle-free and my lips look fabulous!

Becky and Nancy are SO great! Pretty much will be following these ladies around for the rest of my life or their careers, haha. Nancy is so sweet she even held my hand during my treatment. I cannot recommend them enough.

They offered a coupon on LivingSocial for a discounted rate on 2 Vaginal Rejuvenation sessions with a Hormone Evaluation. My girlfriend wanted to try this out. The "fine print" does recommend 3 sessions, so the GF and I decided we'd do more if she was getting positive results (this is sort of the point of a coupon). But that is actually a lie. It is your basic scam that once you have paid ~650 for the 2 sessions and evaluation voucher, you're then denied that service unless you buy a third session, that is an additional $1200! I was able to get my money back from LivingSocial, so props to them. Hopefully they remove the coupon and any further support for RejuvaWell for this clearly deceptive business practice. The deal should have just been for $1850 for 3 sessions if that is what you have to have, none of this "haha, gotcha" nonsense.

I do appreciate the response! What you are saying makes sense, so really I'm just left with *why isn't that in the description of the service? * Also the rates don't make any sense. It really seems super shady that you offer a deal for ~$650 for 2, but hey you have to pay another $1200 for 1 to get the deal? Answer this honestly: If you were offered a deal for 2 really amazing smart TVs for $650, but when you went to use it they said oh no you can't get that deal unless you buy a third for $1200, would you be happy?

In the fine print you do say that 3 treatments are recommended, please change that wording to 3 treatments are *required. * Words have meanings, and you aren't using the correct one. I did call, but the person I spoke to didn't ask if I wanted to speak with the owner or a manager, she just told me I had to spend another $1200 if I wanted to use my $650 voucher. She said something similar about your reputation, and reputation is important, but based on how you've structured this all you've done is made a terrible impression on a prospective customer, who is now not a customer because of it.

Great experience! Staff are friendly and very informative. My procedure had absolutely great results, most definitely going back!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I got my lips done my Miss Beck and it was the best experience ever and I am IN LOVE with my lips! It started with a consultation to see exactly what I wanted and answer any questions of mine after walking me through everything thoroughly. It was my first time and they made me feel extremely comfortable and educated on the process. When I went to get them it was not painful at all and her and her assistant really helped me through the process. They stopped after each injection checking if I liked them and if I wanted to make adjustments or anything. Afterwards they continued to educate me on the healing process. I had little swelling and no bruising and my lips healed BEAUTIFULLY. I highly highly suggest them you won’t regret it (: !

I had a great experience with Becky. I started with a Dermasweep exfoliation and infusion treatment. My skin felt so smooth and soft afterwards. The facial was followed by filler injections around my eyes and lips. I have not been sleeping well lately so the filler around the eyes really made a dramatic difference right away. I ended with Dysport injections. Becky used different techniques to deliver the injections resulting in the whole experience being relaxing and painless. This spa is a great addition to the Mueller area. The staff are great. I have been looking for a spa home in Austin. I found it at RejuvaWell.

Dr. Paris and her staff are amazing at what they do. The care I got for my back and neck injury was top notch.
