The Reliable technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and, after leaving to pick up parts, returned to finish the job. That was a few days ago and my HVAC problem has been solved. They were, in fact, reliable, professional, and very competent. They will be my go to HVAC company going forward.

We have used Reliable Air & Heat for several years. Robert and Windy are very professional and very personable. We are on the twice a year maintenance program and Windy is so good about calling and scheduling the appointments. The repair technicians are prompt and always let you know what is going on with the work or repair. I recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Called in the afternoon late and was there the next morning. Have had trouble with this unit from the time a other installer put it in. They addressed the problem and and got us back running. Very dependable knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

This business is absolutely amazing. This last summer, during the 110's when everyone's AC was going out, so did mine. I had a different HVAC company that twice a year serviced my heater/AC. I diligently let their repair folks come to my house to inspect my unit, and paid for all the recommendations they suggested. So then, in the middle of summer with such scorching heat that you really don't want to be without AC (and I work from home, so it's not like I have anywhere to go to get away from the heat), my AC goes out. I call my regular (now former) HVAC company, and they send someone out next day. Turns out I need a new blower motor. And supposedly, the part will take three days to arrive. I rough it out for 3 days, only to be told the part hasn't arrived yet. Long story short, on day 10 I have had enough of my old HVAC company telling me I can have my AC replaced next day, but the blower motor has not arrived, so I started calling around. And that's when I find Reliable Air & Heat. Not only did they come out the very next day, but they were able to not only find the right blower motor but replace it all in the same afternoon. I couldn't believe it. I waited 10 days with the other HVAC company while melting in the heat, and this company had it all done in less than 24 hours. And the best part? The bill was only half of what my previous HVAC servicer quoted me. So not only did I not have to buy an entire new AC unit to have AC, but I paid less than I expected for the blower motor replacement.

Needless to say, Reliable Air & Heat is my new heater/AC servicer. I am calling them first with all my needs.

Beto Diaz, the technician "Reliable Air & Heat" sent today, did a great job troubleshooting my furnace, he had it working in minutes for a very reasonable price.

I just had my A/C System and Duct Work Replaced by Reliable Air & Heat of Willis. I had 5 Bids from various contractors in the area and by far they had the best overall bid to resolve the problems associated with the old system. Their Customer Service was fantastic! Windy answered the phone after 6pm.when other companies were closed for the day. Robert the owner came out to do the bid and was on site during the installation, picking up parts that were needed to complete the job. Yes I would personally recommend their company for any HVAC repairs or replacement! I am very pleased with the quality of the Crew and the installation!

No-annual service for Heat/AC systems Service tech was clear on what was done and explained an issue with the drainage system for the a/c unit that needed an easy fix.

Phenomenal service for the last eight years that I've used Reliable Air and Heat. It's certainly all in the name. From annual maintenance to minor repairs, to replacing my condenser unit, only after servicing my much older condenser unit that eventually gave out after likely eighteen plus years. Reliable kept it going though. Reasonable prices, always prompt, and excellent communication. Thank you to all the Reliable team. Highly recommend!
