While they did do the service quickly, the mechanics decided to laugh about the quality of my car while I was in the waiting room. I know my car is beat up, but at least wait until I'm gone to laugh about it. Whole experience was very uncomfortable

Great mechanic shop. Took my Mercedes Cls for new brake pads. I did some shopping and they had the best prices. Clean shop. Customer service was great, they kept me updated with the time frame and the service was fast. Ask for Robert. Extremely knowledgeable.

I had suspension damage to my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. The dealership wanted almost $ 2,000 for parts and labor (Lower Arm Control & Front Strut & Spring). Josh, at Reliable Auto Repair was very patient with me as I had to wait on my parts to arrive. Reasonable prices and very informative about the repairs being done on your vehicle. Will use them in the future. Great company!

I really like the manager Erik he seem very helpful and doesn't try to take advantage or over charge you. He seems concerned and helpful. That's why I only come here and I trust them totally as long as I'm dealing with Erik.

I only use two places for my car repairs or service, the dealership which I do not take it anymore since my car is out of warranty and they are too expensive. Reliable Auto Repair has been my second home for my car repairs, for the past couple years I had no issues with them. They are always friendly and professional also thank you guys for the gift card.

Decent prices, fast service but better than the quick lube. You can be confident that your vehicle was checked by a certified mechanic. They will recommend additional repairs that might be needed, but no high pressure sales. This is where I routinely go for oil changes, inspections, brake jobs, etc.

I agree with the other statement about overcharging. They advised me of a $125 install and labor of an item. They called me back to say it would be $225. When they finished and I picked up my car, they said they told me and additional $225. Scammed me good, never again.

I love this mechanic shop! I've taken all of my vehicles here (minus my heavy duty F250 due to the weight) and have always been satisfied. Their work, parts and warranty are what you'd want and trust in a shop. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

We have been getting our vehicles serviced here for more than 5yrs. The guys are thorough and honest. The manager Robert always calls if there are issues that need to be addressed. Once you pick-up your vehicle you receive a print-out of recommended services. Although we moved from the area, we still drive here to get our oil changes. Also, if you have to wait onsite, there is a great Tex Mex restaurant, Celaya's, within walking distance to help you pass the time.
