Good people. I've always received decent service, many of the managers and agents have been there for years.

Worst customer service. Not sure the name of the clown that works here but she is useless. Had to find the information I needed myself (she wouldn't help and said no one else works here). Anyway I realized finding the information wasn't rocket science so I'm guessing her lack of helping was due to either incompetence or laziness, maybe a combination of the two.

I cancelled the renters insurance last month with agent Sheila LeMond and she did not cancel it and she does not return my calls and messages. Horrible services and payment got taken out again this month.
