Spoke with a very unprofessional Agent when I needed to pay off my bill after he threatened to turn off my electricity which forced me to call the authorities which I have never did in my life

Most Texans spent a lot of money towards their electric bill due to the heat. All I was looking for was a two week extension to pay the other half of my bill. I feel I made a poor choice in companies; first they claim it's "all inclusive", but not so! Then, I ask for some help and time but do not get it! Disappointment and regret time and time again!

Love my services from Reliant. I use to have TXU. Their prices got too high. I would have to make arrangements to make payments. Now I can afford my bill. Thank you Reliant!

I am very satisfied with the electricity supply that is much cheaper than I thought. Also, I am very satisfied that I can save electricity bills by choosing a wide variety of plans. I am very curious how the heating bill will be this winter.

I have had Reliant Energy for over 5 years and just signed another 5 yr.contract package. My service has been great. Another of extra information they give weekly reports to let me know where I am on my usage and about how much my bill could be. Great company and customer service.

The customer service at your Reliant office at Walmart in Edinburg on West university were very helpful n explained the service very well, I spoke to a young man by the name of Robert.

Please use Reliant for your electricity company. They have good rates and good plans. Very good customer service.

I have a solar panel installed and i switched the reliant fir their buy back program.it was great for a year i was getting a plenty of credit.but their program is only for 12 month and i didn't realize I had to pick a other plan to continue receiving credits.it been 6 month before I realize i was getting credit plus i was getting charge for my consumption.i picked a new plan but the new plan is such a rip off they charge way higher for per kWh for solar plan and they only pay less then half for what you pay for per kWh.it is a big scam with been the solar and energy company providers.if you get a battery pack and you consume from your own battery back.then it will be worth getting solar if not you get scammed between solar company and the energy company like Reliant in my case Also Reliant refuse to refund me for the months that i was on their standard plans which doesn't give any credits for the energy you produce. I provided them how much i produced and it was given to the grid.

. They have a horrible costumer service.they do not take any extra step to help their long time clients when they are in needs

I feel cheated between Reliant and the streamline solar

since you cant get off grid %100. Solar is not worth getting
I paid over 3ok for my system.it will take for ever to recoup my money.
