Abioye is a life saver. She listened to my concerns and made it her mission to make me feel better and she succeeded. She is so caring and I will forever be grateful for her.

Juliette is always kind and helpful. I feel like she really listens to me and any concerns.

I think they genuinely do want to help people and to me that is more important than small mistakes with a quick fix like forgetting that your medicine will run out soon

i have tried a few different places and if i dont like the vibe, i just dip.but maria and dr.forbi are nice and patient and they listen to you.i feel comfortable here.dr.forbi actually explains why she proposes the solutions she does, and if you still dont like it, she proposes alternate solutions

many places can prescribe medications, but this is the only place ive been where i dont mind coming back

Love this place! Always easy to get an appointment and you always feel confident in the care you receive. Juliet is very knowledgeable and it is obvious how much she truly cares about her patients. I drive over an hour to see her. Trust me when I say it is worth it!

There you will never be treated just as a patient, a file, or number. The outpouring compassion, love, dignity n respect they show to everyone is OUTSTANDING!
Dr, Elvis, Dr Juliet have passion n love for what they do here. The front desk receptionist Modesta is professional, respectful n passionate to each n everyone that crosses that front door when you walk in. I’ve never in all my 23 years here in Texas have found anything close to what I have experienced at Reliant Family Psychiatry. Thanks to my therapist for referring me their way. And, thank you to each n every staff I may have encountered throughout my process here.

Maria in the front office is always my go-to when I need any questions answered, prescription refills, or even to ask about documents she responds and provides results quickly. You are an asset to this practice and provide exceptional customer service.

Dr. Elvis has done an amazing job working with me, along with finding what medication works and doesn't. I am very open to my feedback, and his office staff also does a fantastic job.

Incredibly rude, attitude needs work, didn't seem to care at all, doesn't do what either says, messes up prescriptions, both which ones, what mg dose and in general calling them in, wants you to wait over a week for them to talk to you and POSSIBLY fix THEIR mistakes. Not worth the money, whatsoever, rather deal with the headache of a place like mhmr than having to return here, literally losing all my hair and teeth would be more pleasant.

I highly recommend this place! The staff is beyond friendly and most importantly, the doctors are amazing!

I’ve called several times in the past two weeks so they can pass on the message of my very simple question, it is now week 3 and they have yet to call me back at all.
If you can’t even set up an appointment then I doubt they’re competent enough to give me treatment.

Love it here so helpful very good at making sure I am well taken care of. Thank yall some much for helping me I feel myself getting better an better day by day

Update: this practice hires absolutely incompetent front desk associates who cannot do a simple task as in send out a prescription. Now I’m having to wait on my medication due to moronic staff who cannot complete something so simple. The doctors here truly have no idea what they’re doing. Still waiting on an update of a brain scan, it’s been months. This place is a nightmare, good luck being a patient here. This place sucks.

Let me be transparent. This is one of the worst practicing doctors offices I’ve EVER been to. Dr. Forbi is never in the office, and when she is not only does she constantly forget to be on time for an appointment. She also forgets to send in prescriptions. I’ve waited 4 weeks for my prescriptions to be filled, and the front office staff is as incompetent as they come. Nobody in this office holds any responsibility, let alone the office manager. I’ve taken a brain scan 5 weeks ago, and have yet to even receive the results after numerous times of scheduling an appointment. Even during my brain scan the nurse didn’t even know what she was doing. I called even today asking for confirmation of my prescriptions being filled with a promise of the front office. Just as I expected, it was never done. This office is a joke, and they have absolutely no care for their patients. This office is the absolute WORST doctors office I have ever been to. Dr. Forbi does not care for her patients, and hires less than competent staff members. If you never want to get your prescriptions, tests, or even have the doctor on time for your appointments. Go ahead and save yourself the countless wait times that you’ll be receiving. Let alone the constant mistakes and errors that will come along. Save yourself the time and if your using insurance better off going to a better office. This place is a joke, and I will make sure to let my friends and family be aware to NEVER come to this absolute JOKE of a practice. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Almost every month I have to remind then follow up, then practically beg for my medicines to be refilled. The office promises that it will be done and it takes 3 to 10 days for me to get my refills. Dr Elvis Ngyia and staff either do not know what they are doing or they are just flat out liars when they tell you they will complete some thing and then do not do it, I’m not sure which. It is stressful and anxiety causing, and it is ridiculous. I am calling my insurance company today, as this is now the 6th day I’ve been waiting on my meds, and will find a new doctor. I can’t go through this every single month of my life.

Dr. Elvis Nygia is awesome. Reliant is very understanding with their patients and very flexible with scheduling. I love the oppprtunity to either go in-person or have like a telemed appointment with my cell phone to speak with my Doctor. Reliant accepts a variety of insurances (most) and paying uninsured is not too pricey. I am happy with my treatment so far

Dr Elvis and his staff are very friendly, prompt, and always there for all your health needs! I’ve been a patient for over 6 years and highly recommend this establishment.
