I’ve used Reliant Pest services for at least 14yrs now. They are always available and have been taking care of all my pest problems including just coming out when I see a fire ant hill, they are there quickly to zap it! I highly recommend them!

The tech showed up on time, was polite and pleasant. He is a young male who is always polite. He had an apprentice with him, a young kid who did not say anything. Either way, they sprayed the outside of the home, and was gone before I knew it. The only I had this time is they did not close the yard gate, which my 2 dogs got out of the backyard. It was strange, I was working on my office, and out of the front window I saw my 2 dogs running around the front yard. No big deal, I went able got them home.

The reason I signed up and will be staying with Reliant is because of people like Yuuki, Mike and my technician Paul P. I was hesitant about the service at first, since I usually turn down door to door services. However, Yuuki was the kindest and most professional agent I have met and really took my opinion and thoughts into consideration. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or being tricked into buying a scam, Yuuki was very transparent in the way he told me about the service, term, and pricing. Mike was very friendly in ensuring me that I was in good hands. When I got my first initial service done today, I was really taken aback by how polite, courteous and professional Paul was. Usually technicians just come to do a service and leave once the job is done. It’s definitely a different story with Paul, he prioritized my comfort and safety before starting the service. I felt like he cared about the well-being of my family and did not make me do any extra work whatsoever. He explained what he was here for and what my preferences were. He also made my family feel very comfortable with his presence. We felt like we were in a commercial because of how well everything went. I definitely recommended Reliant Pest Management to my family and friends and can promise that they will take care of you in the best way possible. Lance came and did the pest control for me and was very informative! He explained the process thoroughly and let me know exactly what was going on or what types of bugs we have around here. He knocked down all the wasp nets I was afraid of and got rid of fire ants I didn’t know I had. Hope the treatment works and I will call if I see anymore bugs!

Salesman was extremely helpful and professional. Process for spraying and treatment was quick and easy.
