Got a great deal for my insurance, but was told I had until a certain day to pay, when it was less than two weeks before I had to pay my rate again or they would charge me a late fee, even though the date we agreed on wasn't for almost another month

Great prices but there are always different employees working here, but lately the last employee i have seen is to lazy don't even want to help always says his system is down and gives me a number will they don't help either. I been paying for a car i don't use but they cant even help me remove it, hope corporate will come see how they treat customers.haven't had this fix since last month!
