If I could give a negative star I would I got into an accident with someone insured with this company 6 months ago and have yet to get my car fixed my “adjuster” Brenda Maese has been horrible during this entire process I have spoken to her once I have left countless messages, text, emails and they all are unanswered I already have a mechanic that is ready to fix my car but can’t because no check has been mailed to me and they don’t want to leave me out without a car because I never even got the rental agreement that I was told I would be receiving I don’t know how they are if you have them as a primary insurance company but they suck when you are the one that needs your car fixed

Customer service is terrible. Called them to file a claim and help someone out that was literally stranded on the side of the road and the supervisor got upset and hung up the phone IN OUR FACES and now they are stranded in the middle of no where! I just want them to be okay and it’s hard enough being flustered and frustrated by the accident but for the woman to also be rude and upset and hang up on us that is totally unfair and unacceptable with paying customers.

I've been dealing with them for 3yrs so This years they keep trying to put extra charges when go in to pay. But all employees didn't do that. Those employees don't work there anymore. So I mail my payments in. But I used to really love their service. Sorry

They were very friendly and they help me with everything I needed with no rush
