Remco Insurance, Corpus Christi TX

So annoying i purchased insurance on the 13th with a agent Rebecca sent photos and prior insurance she never uploaded I called her and emailed never got a response. So I got a email stating my insurance was going to lapse if I didn't send photos I got with agent Rick he stated he would upload photos and prior so he gave me a email I sent photos and prior to him. (he never uploaded either) so today I'm without insurance for a mistake made by the agent I called another office in Austin they uploaded the photos gave me the complaint number so I called. Left a message cause no answer due to the weekend. Decided to go to the Kostoryz office Rick was trying to justify everything and cut me off talking plenty of times when I had proof then he states o the email I gave you I haven't been able to get in for weeks well why give me that email now I have no insurance on my truck and at that they want me to pay another $240 to restart on a mistake made by there office lol nope I ain't that dumb. Something better get fixed ASAP
