After experiencing trauma at a dentist at an early age, this place really made me feel safe. I needed a root canal and crown procedure done & Dr. Kim and his staff were exceptional. By far the absolute best that I have ever been to. I recommend Dr. Kim and his awesome staff to anyone who needs a great dentist.

Dr. Kim and his staff were professional, caring and informative. They got me in right away for an emergency broken tooth. They were compassionate about financial difficulties and worked with me to ensure I got the correct treatment to alleviate any and all pain. They walked me through every step of the procedure and took every precaution to ensure I did not feel any pain during the extraction. I will continue to come to this facility and recommend it to those who want a friendly, understanding and satisfactory experience. Thank you to Dr. Kim and his entire staff!

I’m very upset at the fact that Bernice the office manager and Dr. Kim lied to me several times about my insurance benefits just to make some money out of me. Yes they are nice and everything but very sneaky! So please be careful if you go here and make sure to do your research before getting any major procedure done because they don’t have many patients and will try to squeeze the most money out of you for unnecessary procedures!

After a very bad experience with another dentist, Dr. Kim was great. He explained everything that he was doing as far as my filings. I will definitely be returning!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kim and his team at Remcon Prime Dental! I recently suffered from a dental emergency; and, although he is not my current dentist, he called me back late in the evening as a follow-up to a voicemail left on his personal cell phone, the number which I had actually received from another dentist as I was Googling emergency dentists in the El Paso area. I did not answer the call because I was already asleep, but his Office Manager, Bernice, immediately called a few minutes later and left me her personal cell phone, too. While they were closed in the morning the next day, she told me they could fit me in first thing in the afternoon. And, it turns out I needed that appointment as my current dentist could only give me pain meds! When I called the receptionist that morning, she mentioned my dentist could see me, but could only provide medication and would likely refer me to a specialist after the weekend, considering it was a Friday. When I saw Dr. Kim, I ended up needing an emergency extraction to relieve the immense pain and, now, I am waiting to complete my treatment with either a bridge or implant. I am so thankful Dr. Kim was able to fit me in amongst his other appointments, took the time to see me and treat me and really listened to my concerns. His Officer Manger, Bernice, has been incredibly awesome, and the whole process — while costly and not what I was hoping for — has been made much easier thanks to Dr. Kim, Bernice and the team at Remcon Prime Dental! I have made the decision to change dental offices later next month when my next bi-annual cleaning comes up. Dr. Kim and his team are just that amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kim and his office to anyone looking for a new dentist, looking to switch dentists or is new in town. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff and Dr. Kim are AMAZING! I needed an emergency crown and root canal and they were able to do it in one day! The doctor even worked after hours to complete the procedure. The office manager, Ms. Beatrice is the BEST and charged my phone for me while I was having the procedure. The whole staff is amazing. I will definitely come back here in the future for all dental procedures!

These are wonderful people who also provide state of the art dental care. Everyone there is kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. And so fast - filling done with no pain in under 30 minutes. Wow.

Dr. Kim really cares about the patient and I always have a positive experience. Hygienist also does excellent job and my teeth are so clean because of her! Really friendly vibe in the office and I recommend this office and the team!

All the staff are extremely friendly. I'm deaf, and they are so friendly to me that I have no problem communicating with them. I have had a few appointments there, and everything has gone well. Today, I had a root canal, and it went very smoothly without any issues or pain! I wish I could give them 10 stars.
