Blake Phillips did a great job explaining ALL details involved, from overall cost to a complete scope of work. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. Blake always retuned my calls and answered all questions promptly.

Things could not have gone more smoothly getting our new Remedy Roof. It only took one day. Marveled at the hard working, skilled roofers who cleaned up and left everything just like they found it. No price surprises, they did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. Roof is beautiful! James Medina is personable and a straight shooter.

Great service…Jason was so professional and made the new roof installation seamless…The entire staff is very courteous and helped make the procces of a new roof effortless.

Not cool: getting a 50% commission on recovering an additional $24k from the insurance company vs.the insurance company’s original estimate. Given the size and ease of that recovery, a 50% fee is not cool, especially where the consumer has no reason to think the commission could be $12k. A plaintiff’s lawyer only gets 33% for taking a case through trial! Buyer beware.

I will say tread lightly when dealing with this company. The contractor they sent to my home tried to get out of properly completing the job. I had to withhold payment until they brought in management to make their contractor correct his sloppy work. Even then everything was still a shotty job that I continued to find errors or sloppy work. If you want mediocrity, please call them! There was paint spilled all of over my fixtures, floor, and barely on the walls and I let them know that I was not happy. I could see that they painted over just my water damage and not the entire wall like the insurance company paid for. They had to come to my home on six different occasions. I was not being picky and even one of the insurance people that came to check to see if the work was done let out a gasp when they saw their work inside of the home. Juan was the contractor! Don’t bother with Remedy Roofing. I only left a review so no one else would be stuck dealing with them so long for below average work.

It was a great experience to work with Matt on the roofing. Very helpful and patient to answer product and installation questions very professionally. Thanks to his crew as well dealing with the hot wave and completing the work.

Keeping the review 5 stars since I don't want a local company to drop based on this.
Your drivers are really aggressive and it seems to me they have no spatial awareness. Whether it is on my motorcycle or a big truck that I drive I always have near crash situations with your company trucks.

Gaylan was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the roofing process. The roofing crew worked very hard and were able to complete the job in one day. They did a very good job of cleanup and also one worker came back the next morning to make sure all nails were picked up.
