Lol this company loves stealing the hard earned money of ex cons or should I say fools! The world doesn’t care about you guys and they never will. Pay your monthly subscription that was forced and be quiet.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They never answer their phone, never answer their chat, ignore your emails.plus on top of that they will charge you a late fee and not tell you your card was declined, because you had to get a new one because someone stole my identity. Use covenant eyes if at all possible! Not to mention they are way over priced because people are forced to use them. It's called price gouging. Yes people make mistakes, and try to better themselves, but these people take advantage of the situation. Because we don't have any choice.

I'm not sure if it's linked but since I've been with remotecom I've had my card info stolen about 5 times within a couple years. When I wasn't forced to use them I had my card stolen once. I'm not saying it's connected, but it's weird. Just keep an eye on your finances.

What do you know I'm back a couple months later. Why you ask? Well my card number was stolen again.and I try calling and sit there on hold in que for 30min just to get a leave a message answering machine.and this is at 2: 00pm. Great service.

Update. So yea they "upgraded" to scout and now my battery dies so fast. I have a s22 ultra and fully charged not using my phone it will die in less than 8 hours. I've had it "fixed" once before for this issue and look it's back.there's a reason the feds dropped remotecom also. I hope this company folds. The sheer lack of support, and stability with their OVER PRICED software is just ridiculous. And on my PC it keeps bugging out also. Constant dropping frame rates, input lag, and God forbid my computer go into sleep mode.

They just did an update earlier today on my phone but the whole past year I've had to had this installed on my phone I've noticed my apps glitch/freeze and things won't load all the time or as quickly as before this software was installed. I've never experienced issues with my cellphone until this software which now they installed something else on my phone and deleted the old app. The tech also without my permission deleted an email which it wasn't a important email but I still should've of had the option to delete it if I wanted. Unfortunately I have to have a phone with Internet accessibility since I use my phone to watch TV/movies, play games, for some college stuff, emails and my therapy so I can't get a flip phone and avoid this company. I am required by probation to give my personal business to strangers to view which doesn't sit right with me. I served my time and I'm doing everything right to be a model citizen yet I'm still being punished. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

They recently changed their main program and fixed what wasn't broken. Since then, there have been massive issues and problems that have made their clients switch over to that dreadful PCM company. Think Bud Light. I think they have it working again for the most part, but like an ex-con, their trust will have to be re-earned.

If I could I would give a minus stars for their customer service, you wait a week for a appointment then if you need to make a change and they tell you they will call you back, they don’t we had to call them back, we were told they they would try to call back if they had time, otherwise we would have to reschedule for another week out, this is totally unacceptable so be on your guard if they try to tell you they will call you back because they will screw you over. I think my next stop needs to be the better business bureau.

They were 17 minutes late to the appointment; if a client was that late, they surely would've been charged a late fee. Also, their website does not specify the models of phones that support and don't support their software; even though they claim Androids are compatible, not all Androids are, and they do not disclose which ones are incompatible before your account registration, leading to serious inconvenience for the client.

Probation agencies would do well to find a new company to contract through. This company is unprofessional and technically inadequate; their software has failed to stay relevant in the evolving technological landscape.

They want to charge you an arm and a leg to install their spyware on your devices. What a racket! And now they're raising prices, to cover... What? It's insane.

Terrible and overpriced. Late fees that go way over 50% extra with out of pocket fees despite not being able to find a job at the moment. It's a system that sets you up for failure.
