Renew Med Spa, Georgetown TX

My wife and I have been visiting Renew for several years. The spa is always clean and the staff professional. The initial consultations were thorough, and the results were always top-notch. We'll be back next month again.

Stephanie is amazing! I will be returning! Funny story of how I came to try out this spa…I was led to post a review for another spa in the area in which I did not have a pleasant experience and posted on Renew Med Spa’s page by mistake. The owner responded so nicely, and told me I could come and give them a try. I deleted the original post and took it a step further and called to apologize. They were so nice about the mixup so I ended up making good on the owner’s offer. They have a new customer! I got to meet the owner today and she was just as pleasant as her reply.

Had a gift card already paid for. Scheduled a body exfoliating the day after I had a marvelous first time light facial peel. Stephanie and clerk insisted I fill out a massage treatment form because the dumpling was licensed. She needed to protect herself when she was in terrible blimp shape. I did it. Turned in and wondered why I needed to fill out form when I have had scrubs before and not needed to fill out my whole medical history. I should of not turned it in. I also said I don't want this to cut into my 90 min time because she had another appointment after and was going to have to cut my time short. I asked why when I was getting a scrub. I wish I had a film of her pouting, stepping her foot about she wasn't set up for a scrub and did she have to do it. The way she loudly whined about it, I immediately stated NO YOU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO ME. I stated didn't she have any kind of schedule to consult before I arrived. No answer from either of them. She grabbed my medical form and surprisingly ran down the hall with such a gait I thought she was getting ready to have a seizure. She wrote lots of post it notes like 12 or so. Not even on a incident form. So I wanted the rest of the money on my gift card which I was told was $89. I left and was supposed to come back when the owner was there. The clerk would not call her. She said she would talk to her when she came in. I wasn't able to come back until Feb 9th. I needed to come in on my time when it was convenient to me. Talked to Tracy the owner. Kept asking for the rest on my gift card refund. Ended up being $40. What a rip off of services and time consideration. The only consideration was for the business and business owner. There was also a bald headed man who was going to use one syringe of filler product on two people. Excuse me that is against the law and against any proficient medical practice known. I am extremely grateful that all was observed and happened before I contacted some kind of deadly disease. Be aware be very aware going to this place.

Renew Med Spa is the best in Georgetown! The staff always provides excellent customer service and very professional. I’ve been a customer for over six years. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and the services that they provide. I’ve had many services at Renew Med Spa which include waxing, massages, laser hair removal, and facials. Over the years, I have referred many friends to Renew Med Spa for various services. They all have been extremely happy with their experience. Thank you, Kacey, for having the best spa in Georgetown!

Highly recommend this spa! The staff is professional and personable, they truly care. All treatments rooms are clean and sterile as well. The most important part is they truly care about your overall health and needs.

Renew Med Spa is absolutely the best! I’ve been coming here for over a year and I love the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.
They take their time to educate you about your skin and they always make you feel comfortable. I’ve been getting some of the best facials, dermaplaning, massages and now injectables.

Dr. Burton is the bomb.com. She is so kind, smart and caring. The whole staff at Renew are that way too. They want you to be comfortable and cared for. I’ve gone there several times now and have had great experiences each time.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so Amazing! They always have a positive attitude and assist you with everything. They're all very knowledgeable in the field they each do. I've had nothing, but Amazing service here and will absolutely recommend them all.

Visited the spa with my family and it was such a delightful experience! I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Andrea who understood the assignment! She was wonderful, I needed a relaxation massage and that’s what I received. Such a little jewel of an establishment.

Came to Georgetown to celebrate my birthday with seven other women. Thought I had secured appointments at another spa and found out at the last minute that I had not. Contacted Tracey at Renew Med Spa the week prior to my trip and she worked all eight of us in on the same day. My therapist, Stephanie was awesome. If we are ever in Georgetown again we will be calling Renew Med Spa.

I will only see Krista for all things injectables! She is so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to placement of her products, and the products themselves. She is light handed as well so I never leave with a headache or bruised the next day. She is thorough and allows you the space to ask all of your questions. Seriously- can not recommend her enough!

I have been going to see Krista at Renew Med Spa for 6 months now, the results are incredible. Krista and her staff took the time to answer all my questions. They just made me feel very comfortable. If you want professional work done without the bs I highly recommend going and check them out.
