I ordered French patio doors in mid-2022. Structural issues with my house prevented installation until December. There have been multiple problems with quality since then. New panels had to be ordered because of scratches. The door handle broke. The doors needed readjustment. The wooden threshold had cracks twice. Each time, the repairs were covered under warranty. The crews and repairman were friendly. I guess my house is just too old and poorly built for such fancy doors.
We had two confirmations on a confirmed appointment date. We took off work to make appointment, they called and two hours prior to appointment time that they had someone called off. They did request us to reschedule.
