I was able to get a chip in my windshield repaired for a great price! Great customer service, very prompt. Very glad I went to Renfros!

Great service. I went for a windshield replacement. They did run into a few small issues ordering the windshield, but they got it as quickly as they could and really did a great job getting it installed. Great work.

Do not recommend! After my windshield was replaced, I heard wind noise. I called them and they agreed to fix the issue. Nothing was fixed, and I am now having to deal with the damage from a leak.

VERY disorganized. New girl was left alone while others went to lunch. When they came back still had to wait 20 minutes. For something that took less than a minute. Probably took over 30 minutes, and they weren't that busy.

Going to change my windshield out free of charge finally. They made it right well be Monday evening had to order.

DO NOT MAKE BUSINESSES HERE! Worst place to get a windshield done, and residential. Very unprofessional people! Read reviews before making any business with these people! Worst place ever! The owner will not face you, he will have employees to do it!

Thank you Joey Renfro for making it Right. Joey called me, listened and came out to my house to make amends. His worker was early, professional and ready to make it up doing a great job. If this was done on the first try I would have given them a 5 star as it is I will update them to a 4 star from a 1 star. Going forward I hope to believe that his Team will work more positively together with each other to get the job done the best way possible the first time instead of just enough.with Joey as there Leader showing his Team how to be a good Leader and not just a Boss I know they are on the right track. Thank you for the Wow factor today. Please keep this + A service and I will be back.

My right rear window was broken by a rock flying out from a riding lawnmower. My insurance recommend taking my car here. I originally had box tap over the missing glass so I could see out.they had to order the glass and it was going to be a week I waited and took my car in. Said it would be about an hour leaving my car I left with someone else to do errands. I received a call said it would be a little longer we went and ate. I called after and the window didn't fit they had to reorder the window so I pick up the car. They put the trash bag and yellow tap on. After another week waiting and having to put down half my deductible I take it back. Now the window want stay up and a regulator has to be order. Car stays there 4 days later I get to pick up my car. Window goes up and down but there's glass inside the door panel that did not get vacuum. Tape is still on outside edge of window panel and the rubber seal is indented where they where holding the glass up. I'm told if it doesn't come back out they will replace it. My other half called them and asked if they clean glass out of the door before replacing a window and was told that they clean it all up with no problem. We had to clean the glass up that was in the car and once he said that I had glass in the door still they couldn't say why but they would get it out if I came back.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Called to have windshield replaced at my husband’s job site. Received a voicemail the day they were scheduled to replace windshield asking if we were going to bring the vehicle in. I told them they were supposed to replace the windshield at my husband’s job. They then ask if someone could go to his job site and and pick up the truck to take it to the shop to do replacement. Rescheduled for them to come to job site. Didn’t hook the wiper fluid sprayer back-up, didn’t adjust the wiper blades correctly and put the registration sticker back half way up the windshield. Left dirty towel on dash. I would never use this business again. I should have went with my instinct when I called to schedule the appointment in the first place.

UPDATE: The owner called to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, which is greatly appreciated. You could tell he was genuinely concerned and wanted to do whatever it took to resolve the issue and assure we were satisfied. That means a lot!

Renfro Glass has proven to me to be the absolute glass company to use in Nacogdoches. Renfro Glass, under the current decision maker, has shown me to be a man of his word and cares about his customers. If you want your glass needs to be met with perfection, you need to use Renfro Glass! I know I will.

We took a car to get the window replaced and it took a week and a half to get the car back. When we went to pick it up it wouldn’t start because they had left it running so now we need a new battery. The owner told us to get the car on a day they were CLOSED. And now that we have it the radio doesn’t work and AC hardly blows. Oh and did I mention the door panel won’t stay on the door.don’t waste your time or money with these hacks.

My insurance first contacted this company on September 3,2020, to replace my windshield. It was replaced on the 9th after they did not call or show up four times. The installers caused $7,000 worth of damage to my car, including water leaking to an electric hybrid car. I finally got a rental car on September 30th so my car could be repaired. Their insurance adjuster did not approve it until October 17th. It is now October 19th, and there is no end in sight for when I will get my car back. This has been the worst car repair situation I have ever dealt with.

Safety "inspection" was a joke and none of the employees were considerate enough to wear masks.

I highly recommend Renfro’s. These are highly skilled people. They do honest and fair work. I was in a bind and Stacy was able to work with me to find a solution to fix my car window. Would recommend to anyone. Best price in town!

Great one stop shop for so many home needs, esp.anything glass! Also, they do automobile state inspections. Knowledgeable & very helpful staff. Love Renfro's!

Went to Renfros to have a back glass sealed and all they did was caulk it and charged me $45.00 and it still poured in rain water, they're a rip off. So I went to Star auto glass they removed the back glass sealed it properly and only charged me $75.00 with a 5 year warranty and were more of a professional than Renfros. To save you money avoid Renfros and go to Star auto glass.

Another Glass co.in town that we have done business with was closed, so we went to Renfro's. They were "Johnny on the Spot. " Took care of us right then, no waiting. An employee cut our glass while we waited, took about 3 minutes. We were on our way. Paid the price for premium service. Big thumbs up for Renfro's. A OK

Not good. No importance given to detail from inside the building. Windows look ugly from inside after they replaced glass

I’ve never been here but when I searched Safelight, I found a review by Mr Renfro, and Stacie Renfro. Mr Renfros review was similar to Mr Hegers review of Mr Renfros business. Mr Renfro responded most hatefully to Hegers review. I now know the type of person I DO NOT want to do business with. I’ve used Safelite before and they have done a great job. I don’t care if they come from Mars to replace my windshield. They were on time and friendly. Oh, I almost forgot I also reported Mr Renfros defamation of Safelite.
