️ Do not get a car from this place They will rob you of your money! They are not interested in selling you a car. They're interested in making money off the same car over and over again! You will have alot of billing issues and thats how they will rob you of your money. They will pick your car up from the tow yard if your car gets towed (how they know it gets towed, I don't Know) do it without notice and charge you triple the amount that the tow cost from the start.on top of that if you live in Austin you'll have to drive to a sketching place near San Antonio just to get the car back️

Bad battery
Missing all rear ac vents
Missing 3rd row seating
Leather seats torn
Missing dash pieces
Paper work states 190,000 miles, but one month later mileage states 236,000 miles
And a lot more negatives

Do not go to this place they are thieves.there has been several people reported that they made their payments and the company came and still took their car and made them pay to get it back.this place is filled with crooks and their cars are lemons.

There lie and there cars are really bad they have way to many issues and they don't care about you, they tell you what they think you want to know, which is a lie

This place has deceptive and abusive business practices and does not care about the safety of paying consumers. During the first month of leasing a car I began to have problems. They stonewalled me through every attempt to escalate, failed to disclose and/or honor their own warranty though I kept sending payments in. Lost my job in the midst of pandemic directly because of them! They left me stranded, claimed to fix the car, when really they just reset the diagnostic code system, sent me on the road 3 times with a failing transmission. I was not aware of the condition of the car until after I went through much hassel. The dealership inspected the vehicle, they could have repaired it under drive train warranty, but the car was branded rebuilt garbage, thus voiding manufacturers warranty. It took Rent 2 Own HQ 30 days to pick up the vehicle from my home. I was forced to tow out of pocket 3 times, they couldn't fix it and refused providing a replacement vehicle. I didn't know they were braking several laws until it was too late.

THEY ARE NASTY AND MESSY. THE RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY AND THEG LOOK FOR WAYS TO TAKE YOUR CASH. WORD TO THE WISE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

It’s okay, they work with you and all, I referred 2 people and I didn’t know it was “too many” so I only got a one time $200 credit. That sucks lol but I love my car. Thanks.

They tell you the dawn payment is one amount and then went they proseso the paiper they confuse the person and put double amount to charge the person the double of the dawn paiment and plus if they pas for one day the payment ivent if you have the money in your pocket to go pay they send the gays for recovery and any way you are they jump in the car and tack away just to charge 300 more to you get the car back don't trust any one at rent to own they stolen the money from you

They don’t even work with you, they just plain old lied to me ‍️ but what else do you expect from San Antonio, so then there’s that, they’re not fond of “everyone”. So I was told they could work with a down payment of at least 1200, good work history, proof of residency, stubs, license and oh yeah no credit check. Get there they’re running my credit “oh you gotta understand that’s pretty standard” so it’s pretty standard to blatantly lie/false advertising/ mislead potential customers. Go all the way down there to get turned away and rudely might I add as if I’m crazy to believe I should pay 2000 on a down payment for a vehicle from them from the 90’s, that from the looks of the comments, wouldn’t have even made it a week. Yeah hard pass. Not to mention they will SPAM YOUR PHONE

Demarces was great to work with. I almost didn't leave in a vehicle, but he did his best to make it happen with what I had to work with, and I ended up leaving in one. Where other dealerships turn you away, Rent 2 Own Hq will help you out! Strongly recommend!

Went with my son. People there was nice enough, but the selection of cars ain't all that great. My son left satisfied though. I personally wouldn't get a car from there. Great for folks with no, or bad credit.

This place is the most down graded dealership i came across the car that was finances to me was awful looking the paint was peeling from all parts of this vehicle low tire pressure, window on passenger side dident work the car wasent washed or detailed and also was not registered and had no stickers only had the car a week police pull me over because car has no registration and stickers caused me to go to jail and pay more money after I gave them $ 1,860.00 plus insurance now I had to take matters in my own hand and legal action.never again or I recommend a vehicle threw this money hungry establishment.

We were sold a lemon. The check engine light was on when we test drove the car and we were told it would all be taken care of which 5 days later and nothing has been done except the car has had 2 flats when we called and tried to get assistance with this the man was very condescending and rude and acted as if this was all our fault then he hung up on me. We were lied straight to our faces and told that we had road side assistance which is false I will tell everyone I know NOT TO EVER BUY FROM HERE! I have never been treated with such disrespect and such dishonesty.

This place is great when looking for a car, especially when your credit isn't so good, your down payment is your credit. They just require a few things and a down payment and I guarantee you will drive off with a vehicle. If your on a budget and looking for reliable transportation look no further. They have several locations and lots of vehicles to choose from, thanks again for my vehicle I was in and out without the hassles of the sales person. THANKS RENT 2 OWN!

Absolutely horrible. Do not get a car from here. Had it 2 days and it broke down. Told them what had happened and they said they’d come get the car and fix it and call me when it’s ready. Then they kept it for 3 weeks and didn’t answer any of my calls and said that I owe a bunch of money on it. I put 4k down and $600 for the insurance because they said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They then charged my card another $500 payment and refused to give me the car after it was “fixed” waste of time and money don’t do it
