7 The lady that manages the place is very rude and disrespectful, to say the least. I have spent over $15,000 with Rent-A-Center in the last 4 years furnishing afew house's.
And, was told when I went to purchase furniture for my new house here in Wichita, that I would only get 50% of what the money I put in back on my last purchase. These folks will steal for you! My recommendation is do not go there unless it is a last resort.
First I filled out a application online and when I missed 2 of there calls they shredded my application. Then I went in and re did my application almost stayed 2 HOURS in that store for them to tell me they are going to call me back “ tomorrow “ never got a call they could of just told me no. Instead of wasting my time I been looking for a bed for a week now and they got my hopes up telling me they where going to give me the bed and the mattress only which I was fine with. They disappointed me and I would not tell any of my friends or family about them.
It not a good place and dey robe you and they are not nice just because you dont spec ingles so they are being racis

ERICA HAS GOT TO BE THE RUDEST OF THEM ALL. RENT A CENTER HAS HARASSMENT ISSUES. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE ON YOUR DEATH BED. THEY ARE STILL GOING TO ASK THE DR AND STAFF TO REVIVE YOU JUST TO PICK UP THEIR STUFF. LMAO. ALL'S I KNOW I CAN GET SOMEONE FOR HARASSMENT! RENT A CENTER NEEDS TO HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT UNTIL THEN CLOSE IT DOWN.
Well first off the special club that you join for free is not free they charge you and they lied to you by adding it into the price of whatever you're purchasing will not go back again
Have rented from this rent a center several times over the years. Never missed a payment and always returned items in perfect condition. Went in today to rent something I only need it for 2 weeks and would pay both weeks up front. Then I was told they had a month minimum rental which I have never heard of or read and have rented a few items for less than this in the past. As much of my money that has went to this place you would think they would help you out for once. I would never treat a customer this way. Especially since I called their customer service department and was told there is no such minimum. I will no longer use this rent a center. I do not like being lied too. Rant over.
