All rent a centers have bedbugs in there furniture and they are very rude

Worst company on the face of the planet. Threatened my 12 year old daughter because I was 1 day late on a payment. It is not ok to harrasss customers

I used to work for this company. Save yourself the trouble and choose another location the manager will never fix any issues. He says he will and never does. A poor reflection on the company which was great to work for unfortunately. They never fix anything, I co tinue to pay for products that don't work and am switching to a better location. I offered them the chance to fix it and they never do.

I understand renting or rent to own, do what you have to do- BUT beware with this store - my plan, in which I followed through- pay off within 3 months with set price and ended up paying more then what was agreed upon. Not mention I was setup on auto pay, the manager very rude- kept telling me “if I had looked at my receipts I would see the taxes” seriously I dont get receipts its AUTO PAY— He says it like 3x’s, just keep it real you pocketed that money but its all good. Oh, after paying for it, still charged me for a payment and when called the lady says I don’t see it bring a bank statement and still kept my bank card on file- go up there and another guy associate says yes’mam I see it, reinmbursed my money takes off my bank card apologizes for the inconvenience- don’t know his name but he seems to be the only honest guy there. Never again—If I have to rent again it will not be at this store.

The staff are there to help the customer and the quality of the merchandise is of pretty good quality.
