8They are stupid! One person was just carrying on a causal conversation with someone while I waited 30 minutes to get waited on!
They give you used stuff and expect you to be ok with it, then you ask for new stuff and when they come to your house with the same stuff and say this is what we have, then you go to the store and ask them for a different one they say ok its all brand new but when are taken out old ones and the other guy opens new stuff and it's broken
Ok store. Staff were a little slow. They did not know how to do w cash purchase. Notnbad but not great.
I walked in and a guy spoke even though he was with a customer, then four other workers emerged and none of them spoke or came to assist me. I waited 5 more minutes before to see if someone would assist me. I left and went to Aarons and bought the washing machine I was looking for. 2 rating only because the initial gentleman acknowledged me and said someone will be with me Shorty!
I got most everything done online. They didn't have what I was wanting in stock, so they ordered one. 4 days later they had it, I walked in signed papers and walked out. I have no complaint and thanks to Jeremy for getting things done fast! Look forward to trying World of Tanks!
One star since I couldn't do a -5 stars. Worst place I have ever tried to do business with. Placed an order online for a new sofa recliner It took them 4 days to reliever and scheduled the time from1 and 5 p, m. (for a second I thought I was dealing with the cable company) than to top it off on the day of the delivery it turned out to be a USED sofa not new. I went ahead and decided to try it anyway as far as they would order a new one and exchange it when it arrived. But then things got worse, The delivery guys could not get the sofa through the front door because of the stairway being in the way, so I suggested to try the back door since it was a straight shot to the living room and the guys said they couldn't do it because they had other deliveries to do. One of the guys even suggested to rent a smaller (Loveseat) sofa that could fit through the front door. I asked for them to cancel the order and refund the money and I yet have to see the refund. Stay away if possible not worth the pain and hassle.
They keep putting me on phone and then tge phone would go from holding music to just ringing. Then it would hang up. No one bothered to call me back no matter how many time I caled back and gave my information.
