5Great customer service always have what I’m looking for or they find it for me. Great job.
Was told there was nothing wrong with the washer and dryer even though they were used… but there was. Paid for a week even though I didn’t even really get to use it. Just not sure if I’ll come back after to get other stuff. They did offer a loaner dryer and did get the washer fixed. I think they just need to check stuff out before selling it super high.
Terrible service, told me they'd have my item ready to deliver in an hour. Two days later I called them and they said they weren't going to deliver it after all.
Rented a recliner for the two months of January and February 2021 they delivered it and picked it up right on schedule. All the staff were great. Hoping to do it again for January and February 2022
I have 9 payments left on my 30 payment plan on my washer dryer combo and I am will be so glad when I'm done. Covid happened. They bagger you on the day your payment is due! No I DO NOT recommend this store as this is the third time I purchased with them and first one (Cell Phone) simple fix broke the day I made my last payment and they wouldn't help fix it. The second (Laptop) was returned because they lied about the capability of the functionality and lost that money. The this will be my last, because they were band new and the dryer broke, RAC sent out a repairman that took 5 seconds to look at it and said he couldn't fix it. They brought me someone's piece of junk and it took a week calling them to get it back because at first they said it couldn't be fixed and they wanted me to continue my payments and I said I will continue paying on the washer but I consider the dryer paid for if you leave me with this junk that I have no idea when it will break. They fixed my dryer and brought it back. 9 payments left and never again. Make-it-right Rent-A-Center that is what is called customer service!
