Joe is the worst store manager! His driver's damage things and your blamed and have to pay for it. How do you people sleep at night!

I don’t even write reviews but this time I will. Placed an order a couple months back in October but canceled because I found a better offer. Was charged $20 and some change but never got a refund. Called customer service and they said they issued it but the store themselves stopped it so I called the store and the manager said “we don’t have money in the cash register now give us a day or 2” so you’re telling me a whole store doesn’t have $20? Dude never called back or followed up. What a joke

My experience is fine. I just hate how when my payment is due and by 9am-12pm the manager or associates are calling me about my payment. I have all day to make my payment before the next day. You guys need to work on being patience and not rushing people

This is the WORSE Location! I've rented with Rent A Center before is why I come back. But Because of Joe at this location. The way he talks to you is very unprofessional! I will NEVER rent from them again! NEVER! Their customer service is horrible. And they Hound and degrade you behind a payment. No one wants to be late! I know you want your money. But You do Not talk to people the way you do!

Joe the store manager and Landon the assistant manager at this location are apsolutly the most professional people I have met in a really really long time. Anytime I need an item they get me the best deal they can and explain how I can save more money with the terms I have and get me the product quickly. At the end of the day yes it is a little more than I would pay else where but I get the product I need quickly and on terms that I can afford. It definitely works and will defiantly do buisness with these people for years to come no doubt.

BEWARE! The management here Joe is the worst of the worst. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. They have been harassing me about a missed payment. People miss payments and you want your money, i get it but what’s unacceptable is banging and kicking on peoples doors. They talk to you nasty and aggressive as if you’re not even human. My neighbors had to file a complaint with the office because of how aggressive they were beating on my door while i was away. I’m beyond disgusted and will never ever rent from them again. I wouldn’t dare recommend anyone go through them. I know times are hard and we may think renting is the best option but DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! My attorney advised me to pay them off and be done.

Well as I read the comments this goes along with the experience my wife and I had today. They schedule out delivery for 11-4 Saturday my wife and event she was hosting she canceled her event because they said she had to be present upon delivery she ASK A Hypothetical question about Covid & THE ID PART and they listed on the account she had Covid WHICH SHE DOESN’T! So we took a trip to the store to show that we were PERFECTLY FINE NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY TOLD US THEY COULDN’T DELIVER TODAY BECAUSE WE MISSED THE WINDOW & WE HAD TO WAIT TILL MONDAY! BECAUSE OF COVID THAT WE CLEARLY DONT HAVE THERE THE ONLY STORE WITH PS5 my WIFE HAS THE ACCONT MANAGER RECORDED BEING HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL THE STORE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE & AND THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST PLACE TO INVEST YOUR MONEY IM WAITING ON A CALL FROM THE DISTRICT COACH BEING THERE THE ONLY STORE WITH PS5 we have no choice but to deal with these disrespectful people…HOPEFULLY OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD TOGETHER AND WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!

This company has been fraudulently charging my card. They were paid in full months ago and out of no where they tried to charge my card $200+ at a location I’ve never visited. When I called the store location to report the issue; they claim they do not keep the information on file and referred me to their corporate office. I waited on hold for over an hour and the corporate office never answered! Please be very cautious when doing business with this company!

Someone at this store is stealing credit card information my card was charged for $300 and I called the store and asked about it hung up I’m my face and refused to answer the phone again!

I’ve been with this company for about a month. It all started off bad and I looked passed it because I need furniture in my apartment. I had inquired with another store and the transferred me to Plano, the first thing we heard back was that we Couldn’t order from Rent-A-Center because we were trying to steal furniture only because we Changed our address which we moved apartments so we had to.he said we couldn’t order from any stores at all. Which was also a lie they then finally got me in to do paperwork and everything went through. I’ve been with them for a month and every week when it’s time for a payment they say my card declines so I call in to pay my bill and this is every week when they could simply put the new card on file.someone told me I could pay online but didn’t tell me how.at first I was thinking that maybe I did something wrong but now I think it’s just that company being lazy and not putting in the correct information. The manager is horrible who sits here and tell someone that their card doesn’t have money on it when they’ve pay the bill multiple times. I can’t with this company anymore. I definitely wouldn’t order from this store!

Ordered a bed from there that was full of bed bugs. The frame didn't fit the mattress. They are very gross and sloppy facility. Please steer clear as much as possible. They're insurance company was extremely rude and didnt want to fully resolve the issue.

Let me start by saying the only reason you got to one for me is because zero is not an option. We have been with you guys for many years and purchased many things from you guys but your management change is horrible. It started off three months ago when one of your delivery drivers decided to run over our mailbox, hop out, check on it and then drive off without notifying us. Thank goodness we had cameras so we were able to see what happened and who damaged our property and when we gave you a call It’s still take 2 to 3 weeks before anyone come out to our house to inspect the mailbox or look at the video. We even called and made a report and was told that a regional manager would be back to us within 48 to 72 hours and that phone call still hasn’t been made. Now here we are three months later and still no solution from your end and to top it all off you drafted our account without our permission And when I called to complain about it all your accounts manager could say was I’m sorry and I’ll make sure to make the card and active so this doesn’t happen again. Maybe you guys should start holding your employees accountable and stop covering up inappropriate and criminal behavior.

Joe was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me find the perfect recliner. The day of delivery i had a family emergency and i called the store to let them know. Joe called his delivery guy and told him to come to my house as soon as possible. Not even 30 minutes passed and they showed up! He was amazing and so was the delivery guy! Thank you!

I would never try to order from Rent-A-Center! I ordered a sofa 3 times because they didnt have it in stock then after waiting 10 days I got a cancellation email and they have no clue why I am done! I found the same sofa for 1500.00 dollars less somewhere else! I would never recommend them!
