7This rent a center violates consumers rights. It’s like the manager Richard takes his job too serious. Repeat back to back calls and unannounced attempts to contact in person at my residence. I am in the process of getting g a civil rights attorney and pulling all the records so that this man is. All this for a 250 speaker! Violated 15 USC1692D subsection 808,807, and 806. Then when they came over they act gangster and refuse to leave when asked to. Then when they are addressed in person they assault their customer and cry wolf to the police. I have asked for months for the DISTRICT MANAGERS attention to this matter. I am seeking remedy within the administrators in court regarding this situation for civil and equitable damages my family are owed. I suggest your legal department reaching out ASAP. I am filing suit and making reports to the BBB, The Attorney General, the DTPA, and the FTC. Until Richard and his minion are unemployed
STOP CALLING MY PHONE. I am Not renting from you guys and never will. I will press harrassment charges against this branch for calling me back to back after I asked to stop 5 times. Even calling me from other numbers and hanging up.
This is my second time purchasing from them and they always go above and beyond to find the right products and the best deals for me and my family.
Easy process and very minimal initial payment. I’m telling everyone I know how great RAC is to their customers.
I didn't know that RAC charged late payments. I was late due to stolen identity and having to get replacement cards. The way the down payment started off questionable. Now I'm with all these fees I can just go to a regular furniture store.
Harassing customer service. Overpriced items. Entire store always confused and never on one accord.
Customer service not too bad everyone was nice, but they had to literally come switch out my washer and dryer unil since day one, i got diff loaners and finally was able to bring me one that worked! Very unhappy will never use again too much of a hassle
