7I was lied to about pricing, gave my washer n dryer set back but they are still trying to charge me. Don’t do business here.
Given a price, it was incorrect and took a week to resolve.price wasn't even honored. Floors torn apart during installment and “repair”, which has now taken over a week and was cancelled multiple times last minute.
They never delivered my tv! No communication as to why! And they hung up in my face and cancelled my acct with no permission from me! The lady claimed that is policy! When I asked to speak to someone else she claimed no one is above her and gave me no corporate number!
Crystal and Jerry are super cool, great prices and super fast delivery. I’ve been renting from them for almost 3 years and never had a bad experience.:)
I love the people here there not pushy store is clean and their helpful mostly have what I need, delivery is fast highly reccomend
