9Was treated like a criminal trying to “keep the machine away from Rent-A-Center” when I would not allow employees into my home when I was not there. Legal action was threatened to be taken against me. I called 2 weeks prior asking them to come get the machines, and was told they did not have the staff. When I just so happened to be out of town, they were able to find the staff to drive 2 minutes to come pick it up. I was a customer who payed on time with no issues before this. Beware of who you hire and the way they speak to customers. I will never rent from this company again.
Jim and JC at N.valleymills location are AMAZING! I have been going through RAC for years. They never disappoint. When I need something like the newest items that hit the market they get it for me. Everything from the paper work to getting the item runs so smooth!
Amazing customer service, amazing product.just had an issue within my boards breaking underneath my mattress that’s holds it together!
I love this place! I always tease JC and Jim that I hate it.because I always walk out with something. Great products, great people easy to work with on whatever you may need.
Orlando is a great help he always makes sure to give me every detail about any items that I am looking into and he is always enthusiastic with his job and is always in a good mood definitely a person I would go back to see when I need something from RAC thankful for harder workers like Orlando.

Horrible place to get furniture from. High interest and unprofessional. Go somewhere else and save your money and time.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. People inside unprofessional and disrespectful, they don’t wear mask and don’t care about their well-being nor yours they just want you to buy to help them. Go to a place that care about you and your family.
