11I was renting from the camp Bowie store a while back and they broke the contract deal and came to my home and took everything even though I was caught up on the payments they literally broke into my home while I was in the hospital my nurse was there when it happened
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Found what i needed and they had it delivered very quickly.
I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years now. David is one of the most professional people that I’ve ever met. He tries to work with you especially if you fall behind on payments. He goes above and beyond to give you top notch customer service. Even if you don’t find what you you’re looking for at their location, he goes out of his way to see if he can find something similar to what you want. He’s the reason why I am a returning customer. He’s definitely an invaluable asset! Thank you for your assistance.

Rentacenter is a joke I told everyone that works there that I get paid every two weeks and they still bother me every week for payments and I told them to come get an item I didn't want anymore and they act like they have a hearing problem and they keep it on my account and don't show that I asked to take it off
They got a Switch OLED for my wife really quick. Bralio is amazing at the Jacksboro highway store in River Oaks Texas
The staff was great but they didn't have what I wanted. Customer service is everything so I'm good with them not having the furniture of my choice. Will try back at a later date.
Ordered couches online and they were supposed to be delivered today at 4 pm and it’s now 7: 45 pm and still no couches and the guys at the store have no clue. I’m not happy at all… update…still haven’t received my couches…The store is telling me that I now need to pay $1000 up front…. But yet they still charged me my weekly payment…. I’m furious….
