6I never finalized buying ANYTHING and when the associate called me I told her I no longer wanted anything so why did I get charged 35 dollars? I'm extremely upset and want my money back IMMEDIATELY
Never rented online before. This was so easy and very convenient for me.
Store hours say closes at 6 pm. Walked in at 5: 50 and was told very rudely, we’re closed. Doors weren’t locked and open sign still on. This is what you get when you visit this store.
Store keeps making mistakes and over charging me 2 months in a row so far. They keep promising me to credit my account each month and never do. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for the store manager to return my call. Customer service is not good at this store.
Do not attempt to rent from this store unless you're prepared to not get a product you already signed a rental agreement for and made payments on, they'll just not deliver, still try to charge you and claim they need to see personal information you've already submitted. Very shady and backhanded, would not trust this location.
I get harassed daily by phone calls and home visits if I’m a day or more late. Doesn’t matter if I’m in the hospital on a ventilator, they still want me to come up with a payment.
