The fridge delivered was in bad shape. Dirty interior and small roaches inside the water line and underneath the unit, going into our kitchen area. It was requested to be removed and the Porter team picked up same day as drop off. The driver was very professional, my review is on product.
It appears my account is still active and trying to bill me as well? Operationally there is a big opportunity here to improve.

Just had someone show up at my house saying I'm past due 5 days. I have not bought anything from this place in over a year and half. So be careful they are sneaky.
