I was with them a couple of months when I got my Rims then I just so happen to be in Killeen area at Rent a Tire they was asking what made me choose 20s I was like I was told nothing bigger would fit but it was a lie I can fit 26s on my car they just didn’t want to do the extra work smh never again Waco location!

Al and his crew are simply amazing! I've had to call the store 3 times this week with different situations and each time he has aided me without hesitation!

I was an hour from home and had left my lock to my wheels at home. I called the store Al said not a problem! The tech that found me a lock did so quickly and with an awesome attitude and I was able to get back on the road to my destination. THANK YOU!

I would like to talk a little about the guys at Rent A Tire. They are awesome and very friendly I work next door and never had a problem with any of them. I see all the good quality of tires and rims they have so come down and see my buddy’s they will take good care of you. On Thursday I got a flat I had to leave my truck at work, I’m so fortunate that they are just next door to me they got me in and out with no problem. I’m so grateful with them. They will for ever have my business thumbs up Rent A Tire crew.

Got my online pre-approval, went to store, filled out application, picked out rims but when asked about pricing & monthly payment, I was told they had to wait for the tires to arrive the next day.after he ordered tires & rims he then says how do you what to pay your $200 deposit. First off not once in any conversation was I told there would be a deposit, secondly you can’t even tell me what the cost will be. In no way do I want to hand you $200 for something I may not even do if after the total cost, I can’t afford it & choose to not purchase the rims or tires. I only put $30 down because I still have no final or monthly costs. I don’t find it very professional to put someone into a promise without informing me of what I’m spending before you put the rims & tires on my car. I’m suppose to go tomorrow but this has made me kind of leary so will probably just not continue with the purchase. Other than this the staff was welcoming & helpful while choosing the rims.

Never enough help and wait is always 2 or 3 hours. If you make an appointment that dont matter either. Go elsewhere to buy your tires or for repair.

After going in to try to get new tires and rims for my jeep all the ones i liked did not fit. They ended up putting "loaners" on my jeep that were bent i did not know the rims were not any good this happend on a Saturday so they were closed the next day. Took the tires and rims and tires back and lost money becouse of them told them that my car was now messed up and haded to get it fixed all they could say was we are sorry. I will not be going back are sending anyone i know to them.

What a great experience. John was great. He helped me beyond what I could have thought possible. I can see a huge difference in the store since he has taken over. Very happy with customer service I received and will be a customer for a long time to come.

If y'all don't know about rent a tire well let me tell you. Those are the nicest people I've seen in a long time and what they say they going to do that's what that is. I got a great deal on some tires and rims. So if you looking for a great deal go to rent a tire.

Poor upper management and some staff. Too much pressure to employees on a dying business guaranteed bankruptcy in 5 years or less.

Great experience & I love the employees they are soo understanding and REAL nice love the business they are AWESOME AT RENT A TIRE ;)

Was looking for a nitrogen dealer in Waco, TX for my tires and located Rent-A-Tire. FYI- Nitrogen is not easy to locate in Waco. The only other place I located was rude and overpriced (almost double). Pulled up and was helped immediately and this was at lunch time. Great service, fast & efficient, and very helpful. I was in and out within about 35 mins. They were also honest in my tire needs, as they let me know that I needed an alignment before I ruined my tires since they were starting to show some uneven wear. A lot of other companies would have just told me I needed new tires. (Just to clarify, they recommended that I contact my regular mechanic about the alignment, they were not just trying to make additional money.) Will be recommending to friends and family!

Customer Service was excellent and Dillon who is one of the employees really took care of me! I am thankful!

They where short staff but I got good service, I was in and out.the application was easy and there's no pressure into buying anything you wasnt sure of, they answers all my questions and I was happy leaving on my new 20" lol.
