Scam artists! I had an evaluation and they charged my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED! BEWARE!

I'm a manager at a car dealership and i live by the importance of understanding and having a plan for customers when deciding to purchase and finance vehicles through banks. I can tell you that this company is not going to help you and explain very well how they're going improve your credit.i will give you their procedure on how they were interpreted.

Neila will ask you to pay a fee to view your credit report, but it will not be through their company since they cannot attain reports, but a public website called Identity IQ that you can sign up yourself with your credit card Information. They act like you've paid them, but you have not they have just paid a public website to view your credit report with your card information. Similar to Credit Karma or LifeLock

If you do not call the company they signed up with you will be billed a monthly subscription cost and you will not be told.

That shows your they do not have resources to begin with Flag 1.

Flag 2. Neila will read out to you your credit report and you will have to explain what happened so she can understand your credit report more.

I work with credit report every day for the past 10 years and i understand them very well, but to the regular eyes it is a very hard window to see in.

After i ask her what the plan is based on her expertise of credit repairs, she did not have a plan. I immediately knew she was not a credit repair agent but a sales rep.

Flag 3 - I was introduced to a one-time payment of $4,000 which was told to me that if I paid that my account would be prioritized.

I was willing to pay the $4,000 but only with assurance just like anyone would.

After I asked what the plan is to repair the credit again, she did not know. These are all signs of low-quality aggressive sales.

To finish her sales attempt, she shot her last pitch by offering me the funniest plan.

She said i could pay $150 dollars month for month and that if i ever felt that they were not doing anything on my repair i could cancel the service. Sorry WHAT? !

Flag 4- Neila will rub your bad items on your report to your face when she cannot get a subscription.

In the past, when I had problems with my credit, I dealt with Neila. According to what I've been told, Neila was taken on board as a Credit Specialist, and a specialist is exactly what she is. Because of her willingness to take in inquiries ranging from basic to advanced, I get the impression that I'm dealing with someone who is both patient and competent. I was able to get issues that were appearing negatively on my credit history removed thanks to her knowledge. My credit scores went up from the low 600s as a result. I haven't utilized her services in quite some time, but as of right now, my credit score is strong in the 700s, so I have no real reason to maintain our business relationship.
