Renwick Family Dentistry, Round Rock TX

This place wanted to pull out 4 of my teeth the first day of meeting me. No help, didn’t try anything at all and one of them has talked bad about my mouth to other people outside of the office too. Breaking confidentiality laws! Your privacy is not safe here folks. Luckily I found a real dentist who made some simple suggestions, OTC stuff and here I am a year later with a healthier mouth, all my teeth still in tact and no problems chewing steak and beef jerky. Be aware of these scatter brained con artists who just want to collect medical billing by ripping your teeth out when they don’t even need to. Save your smile and find another dentist!

Dr. Renwick and the team are truly outstanding! From standard cleanings to building my new teeth, I cannot recommend this office enough! The science of dentistry and the care they employ is truly life changing!

I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile and knew it was time to come. Dr. Renwick is so kind and Colleen who did my x-rays and fluoride was so nice! I felt very welcome and it’s important to do so when patients haven’t been to the dentist in awhile. One of my fears was that I would be judged but it was the exact opposite.

Great dentist and great staff. They are friendly and they are great with appointments and reminders.

Dr. Eva is amazing. She was so kind to take a look at my son’s teeth as I was extremely concerned. She was patient and the office staff is also great.

**UPDATE. Doctor called me and asked me what happened. I expressed my concerns and how some people in the front office need to change their attitude. They now have a new lady in the front and far so good.

As far as the work performed I think they do a good job. But twice they have rescheduled my appointment, one time because they scheduled a training, then today I showed up to my appointment and they supposedly couldn't reach me to tell that they hygienist had an emergency, but they didn't even leave me a message. Then, they can't find me another appointment. Apparently I'm not that important to them, I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
