I just want to say thank you to Vikki who went above and beyond for me. The staff here is great and the amenities are stellar. The community is amazing!

I'm very happy living here. This complex has been one of the best apartments I've lived in. The landscaping is kept nice. Very few dog droppings and trash because they walk the grounds and clean up. All 3 ladies in the office are very kind and honest. They communicate well and give updates through text and email when needed. I've never had someone from the office call me a few days after moving in just to check if things were going well and if I needed anything. There have been some community events like painting and free breakfast burritos. I never see any bugs in my apartment. Pool is nice. Workout room has quality equipment. Mostly quiet place with plenty of parking.

The property is very well maintained. The office staff is very helpful as well overall loved being able to see these apartments

Audrey, this is because before the expiration of your QUOTE I have reached to your office. Intentionally you have simply increased the rent by $120. When I said, I have come to your leasing office before the expiration of your issued quote but you replied, “We give same apartment quote for more than one person”. This is called unprofessional dealing, instead I can say fake quote. Quote should be only one until and unless it get expires.

Imagine waking up to your wife being super scared and telling you that someone is trying to break in to your apartment on a SUNDAY afternoon 3pm
I go check and I see two individuals outside of my door trying to get in after desperately knocking.
I open the door and one of the guys demands to get in to fix a leak, they were not wearing any type of apparel or maintenance uniform from the complex.
I sent them away and I told him that No one from the leasing office has notified me about this visit.
Leasing office lady calls me and tells me: Hey you just declined the entrance for our maintenance guy to go in to your apartment so any damages will be charged to you.
Am I supposed to let anyone into my apartment that says that they’re coming from the maintenance department? Without notification? Without any type of apparel or uniform to identify themselves?
Worst experience so far, and I have only been living here for few months.

Had to update my review - as we have lived here now for almost 2 years and I do believe there are some things this complex could do better. First one being the ant infestation they have once it starts to get nice out. Now yes ants are everywhere but I do not believe they do not do the best they can to remedy the issue. There are some pretty outrageous ant piles around here. Around this year they become pretty bad in our bedrooms. We have even utilized their bug sprayer on Mondays and I have even had one of them tell me more maintenance needs to be done to help prevent them.
Also the parking at night here is horrible!
However, aside from that the neighbors are great, the pool is well kept up on. The office staff is very responsive. Overall my family has been satisfied.

Very Satisfied! Our family moves in within the upcoming weeks and we are very excited. So far we have been very pleased with the great customer service especially with Ty everytime we called. We are coming from out of state and have been very accommodating with virtually showing us the apartment and the property amenities Ty took time to show us all the great things they have to offer.
We look forward to our upcoming move.

Great place to live, very nice staff.there is almost zero leniency with their rules and payments and trash.but other than that, amazing place to live
