14Missed a whole month of service at my business. After I complained and they sent a pick up the next day then the following month I get an extra charge for the container being too full and their monthly price suddenly went up as well. Two years of service and I complain once and they try to charge an extra 150$. What a spiteful business. After a month still trying to get this sorted out and while I am calling to try to speak to a person that can handle the situation I am getting calls that I owe month every few days. Don’t use this service find someone else that what I am doing.

Only picked my trash up once said they were short drivers didn't provide service for 3 weeks.what a joke and they said they could credit my account for 3.00 supervisor name was Chris he was very Rude!
Worst trash pick up service I’ve ever been forced to use. Republic regularly skips our street but we still have to pay for services. They missed our bulk pick up last Monday. I submitted a request online to come back and pick up the mattress they missed. They missed that. We called and they scheduled another pick up. When I saw our mattress still outside at 3pm on the scheduled day, I called again. They sent a message to the driver to make sure they come get it.annnndddd nooopppeee! Still there as of 8am today. Now, soaking wet from all the storms. Smh. Awful awful service.
They have horrible customer service. It's been 2 weeks that they dont pick up my trash on Wednesdays. I call and they tell me they will come on Thursday, I then keep calling and they keep telling me they will come but no one ever does. They never give me any resolutions they just have me waiting. Ridiculous and unprofessional
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. We have been in contact with customer service since November 21 regarding our recycle container delivery. The local division keeps failing to deliver our recycle container week after week despite our efforts of contacting them about it continuously over the past few weeks. Customer service keeps rescheduling the delivery with no avail. Apparently the local division is “too busy” to deliver it. My community has also had missed pickups at fault of Republic. They are beyond unreliable. All we get are lies from the billing department. It’s extremely frustrating that you can’t even speak to anyone at the local division AT ALL. There’s no direct contact number, nor can anyone in customer service/billing transfer you to speak with them. I have never had issues like this with any other company. Unfortunately the HOA in my community decided to switch to Republic from Waste Management. Many in my community suspect that the switch was because someone on the HOA board knows someone who is benefiting/pocketing from our contract with Republic Services. We have reason to believe that because Waste Management was phenomenal and reliable. Never had any issues with them at all. The consensus in our community was that we were happy with WM. We heard/read a lot of negative things about the poor customer service that Republic provides, and so far it’s been true. I am also going to report them to the BBB. This is completely unacceptable.
At first I had no problem with them picking up my trash we been with them for quite some time, but last Wednesday and this Wednesday they have not picked my trash and it’s just piling up.anyone knows about another good garbage? Is not like we are not paying them.

Our business contracted a recycle dumpster in April of 2016 for a term of 3 years. In April of 2017 they increased the price 13%; in September of 2017 it went up to 15%; November of 2017 to 16%; in January of 2018 they jumped to a 34% increase. This continued every couple of months until finally, in November of 2018 they had reached a full 100% increase over the contracted rate. I called and they agreed to return to the original rate but their only explanation for the rate increases was “this is an open market; we can increase the rate whenever we want to”.
I emailed my sales rep for MONTHS with no response. I called customer service OVER and OVER, requested a “corporate escalation” 3 times. Finally, after FOUR MONTHS, my sales rep responded and said they would pick up the dumpster per my request. I responded that I never requested that. They picked it up anyway. I don’t know how these people stay in business.
They skip my pickup at my house about every other week. Wish we could get Waste Management back in Walden on Lake Houston.
They overcharged me. Called them many times to resolve the issue and spoke to at least 3 different people. Each person I spoke to told me they would fix the issue but they didn't. Customer service/billing departments earned this company 1 star.
Non working number sign for shipping and receiving (parts Department) is not where they take parts or keep the forklifts. Poor management of the hole site.
This company has been a blessing to my family! I recommend everyone not only to use their services; but if you need a job please apply they will bless you!
When you need them, they don't show up, don't tell you why, and leave you stranded. They are inexpensive, but they are super unreliable.
My HOA paid for recycling services from Republic. I have been trying since January to get a bin delivered. It's now mid March & I'm sitting on hold AGAIN waiting to talk to a supervisor b/c the regular operators can't help me. I've already established that. The last supervisor I talked to, Brandi Wiggins, swore up & down she'd take care of me. She gave me her direct number so I could call her back if the bin never showed up. Well, shocker.it never showed up. I've been calling Brandi for 2 weeks leaving messages & she will not return my phone calls. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past for most companies, but with Republic it's the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! If you have options, DO NOT CONSIDER REPUBLIC SERVICES!
