They continually increase you monthly fees without warning, you open your bill and there it is. I've had a dumpster that started at 62 monthly in 2021 and now they want 103, this is price gouging at its finest.

For 3 weeks I've had brush that was sat at the curb for "bulk pick up". Today marks the start of week 4, still no pick up. BUT they did grab the Christmas tree of the top of the pile and continued on their way with trash flying out of the truck!

Y’all need to be fined for littering on every street in town! You hire the laziest people. Never had this problem before these new trucks and trash cans came into town! Pick up trash the old way!

Just a terrible experience calling them constantly for missed pickups. Them telling me they picked up my trash bin while it's been out on my curb full for days is hilarious. And a trajedy, at my expense.

I only gave them 1 star because zero stars was not an option - In our neighborhood we have a facebook group and everyone posts what they are paying Republic - there are people paying 28.69 for 2 trash cans, 56 for 2 cans, 88 for 2 cans, and then there are people paying 105.00 for 2 trash cans per month - when I called because our bill went from 36 a month to 57 a month to 89 a month to 105.00 a month - and I was not happy about it especially in comparison to my neighbors; I was rudely informed that was the best they could do for us and she couldn't address what other people were paying. We were with them for over 6 years and this was their way of thanking us. I guess had we stayed with them in a few months it would have been 120 a month - and then 150 a month - and gosh by 10 years we would be paying close to 250 a month for trash pick up.horrible horrible horrible company~

No one called back. No one answered phones, had to call 4 times and yet still no call back nor reply. I just needed a small dumpster for remolding 1 room.

They have missed my mother’s trash pickup for 2 weeks. She is 97 years old and has handicap containers. She pays for a service she is not receiving.

For the people that leave a mess and complain about the pickups do your part, don't be lazy and take your can out the night before, we hadn't had problems since we moved here 7 years ago.

2 and a half years we’ve lived in our home and I have to call and complain EVERY SINGLE TIME to get our recycle or bulk picked up!

This time they said they’d pick it up and came by but only took 2 of the bulk boxes and left 1. They NEVER listen when you call you get commitments that are NEVER met! So tired of not being able to recycle as much as we’d like due to depending on lazy people to do their job.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND RECYCLING IS A JOKE TO THEM!

Also, please do not lazily reply asking me to contact their office, because I obviously have and nothing happens.

I do not overfill my bins and am very careful about positioning my garbage bins. Today, I discovered about a third of my recycling bin dumped into my yard. This is not the first time. I tried calling to file a complaint but the automated call routing system said it's experiencing problems and to please call back later and it then hung up on me. Terrible company, terrible service.

They never pick up our trash on the correct day! I always have to call them it takes them days to pick it up! Wish there was another company!

They never pick my trash up, set 2 cans out for over a month and they only get 1. Absolute garbage company. Irony is they are a garbage company.

Good luck reaching "customer service" these snakes are as bad as Suddenlink, magic price raises and sub standard service.

They took over for KWS and I thought I would give them a try. Well, I couldn’t pay my bill through the website because it constantly asked me to verify my email. I then downloaded the app. After two tries was able to pay the bill. However, I wanted to provide feedback but the customer service button would not work. The irony. This interaction made me want to switch back to a local provider so I decided to cancel. They are charging me an additional $25.00 to end my service. They claim it is to pick up the can. And that is why I am going with CWS.

On January 2,2021, we mistakenly forgot to place both the trash and recycle bins out. I would like to commend the driver of the trash truck for taking his time to move and to take our trash. As for the recycle truck driver, I cannot say the same since he could not do us a favor by moving it and taking our recycle materials. Since our pickup dates were changed from Friday to Saturday, due to the New Year, we forgot to move them. Again, thank you trash truck driver. May God bless you and your family always! Horrible company. San Angelo has no choice but to use them. No other trash company seems to survive in this town. I would bet it has to do with the crooked city council and this company lining their pockets with the citizens money.

Sorriest excuse of a company can't believe the city of sweetwater has the hall to go with this company and all the high flaunting city officials

Our pick up drive keeps using our front yard to turn around in. We had it cleared about a year ago and have been working on leveling it out and trying to seed. Him driving in it defeats the purpose
