Tey send trucks into apartment and condo complexes at 5am. Don't use them if you sleep later than 5am. They will change the pickup time but it always seems to be 5am. Have Mr. Ramzinski contact me.

Disgusting company! Horrible customer service. Missed pickups almost every week for a large complex with scheduled service 3x a week. Every excuse in the book used.

They tried to fine us for trash that wasn't ours. Pictures of another property were sent.

Then broke contract without notice. Had to call in to see why trash wasnt picked up for 2 days, and they just said they cancelled contract. They Refused to give reason why. The only thing I can think is we called every week to compalin of missed pickups.

There are no words for the horrible service from day 1.

I was very pleased with Derek. He was on time for our meeting, he answered all my questions and allowed me to complain about my bad dealings with the other company WM. The contract was what we agreed on. If I had a place for him i would try to hire him.

Horrible customer service. Delays keep occurring and their reason is "our trucks are down and are getting fixed". First of all, that is not my problem, we are paying for this service and then we are paying overages because they say we over fill it. This wouldn't occur if there were not any delays in the service. They have even billed me incorrectly for overages from other businesses and the only reason I caught this was because I called and asked for proof. I also got charged for a service pick up when the driver didn't even pick it up, he saw our gate code and didn't even attempt to put in the code we provided to them (We have camera footage for the "pick up" that was "serviced"). We still got charged. I have talked to several reps.and no one has called me back. DO NOT recommend at all.

Has missed us 5 times this year, and has an excuse of holiday, or we don't roll trucks on Saturdays, however the last time they missed, I saw their truck at our neighbors dumpster getting picked up and asked him to pick up ours. They lie about missing stops, and leave it to us to tell them if they miss a stop. No accountability and lock you into ridiculously long contracts. Don't use them.

Had a good run for a while. SO EXPENSIVE. They have missed my pick up 3 weeks in a row. Nobody returns calls.
No other option for trash service for me. I now pay for maintenance fee about 40 dollars every 3 month. If I could change service. I would

They have not picked up my trash for three rounds! No reason, no note, just leaving the trash as is. The HOA raised our trash fee and soon as they did the service is non-existent.

You are paying for a service you will not recieve. We are paying for our dumpster to be emptied twice a week. Every other week they miss a pick up. We call as soon as they open in hopes of getting someone out here. That is not happening. They will not send anyone. We are left without service, dumpster full with trash piling up through out the day and night. When we speak with someone they will say that they marked us down as a "missed pick up" and a missed pick up is scheduled for the next day. That "missed pick up" never comes. So we are calling again. Same thing. A missed pick up is scheduled is all they tell us. We have to find place to store our trash so the guest don't see it. Finally without any notification and our day of pick up the schedule missed pick up shows up. Lucky for us we called and asked. So now we have to watch for them to come empty our dumpster. Run out there after and throw the rest of the trash that has been piling up over the weekend and hope this missed pick up shows up. This happens every other week. Please save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

Republic is the trash company for my neighborhood. I would not ever choose this company. They spread trash throughout the whole neighborhood. They have mistakenly taken our trash can. They have skipped our trash pick up cause they said we didn't pay. We had a actually over paid. Now they took our recycling bin. Just checked the app and i am paid in full.

I scheduled brush pickup in the middle of April for the 27th. No pickup, I called again and they said pickup would be Friday the 28th. Again no pickup, called on Monday and they said not until June. Their mistakes means the brush will sit in front of my house for over a month. Poor service.
Got the problem resolved - brush picked up. Part my fault for not reading the schedule properly. Thanks Republic customer service.

Volar Apartments in San Antonio gets trash picked up at 540am. Thst is outside of the quiet hours for the City.

It has been almost two weeks since I called for a pick up of the loaded container; no action despite personally talking to the San Antonio regional manager. They keep billing me for two containers while I have only one. Can't get straight answer from Republic billing. Thankfully I now have learned there are better, more reliable options in Kerrville, TX.

This company at between 6: 20-6: 30 on 1604 around shavano park almost ran a truck off the road into the fast lane into cars. Just to exit 1 mile ahead. Just because you drive a bigger truck does not mean you can bully these cars driving. I was in the fast lane and literally there was no car behind that truck they could’ve easily pulled in and kept going. Stop being so careless cause this is peoples lives at stake. I hope this driver re-evaluates this and thinks before just pulling in infront of another car and cause a wreck on such a busy highway.

I love this company. I have been dealing with them for over 20 years always get the job done right never had or have any problems with them I've expanded my company and use them there too. I always recommend them to everyone.
