I worked there and let me tell you it was so hard and hot. The manager Collette Martinez is a power hungry rude woman. No feelings for people's issues and she always was trying to find something to gripe at me. As for safety none at all.

STAY AWAY from using this service. They are price gouging. They may start out at what appears to be a reasonable rate, but they continue to increase their pricing without notifying the customer. Also they charge a fuel recovery fee that other companies do not. Then when you call to cancel, they will not cancel until the end of the billing cycle (so you may have to pay for a month of service you don't want) AND they make you pay for them to come get their carts back (at $50/cart which is higher than other companies delivery fees - and other companies don't charge to pick them up upon cancellation). Last time they increased my rate, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they offered to lower the price back down but then they just started increasing the price again almost immediately. When I called to cancel, they once again offered to lower it back down but I am not going to play that game. My most recent bill for 2 carts was $170 for the quarter. My new service is going to be $35/month. STAY AWAY FROM REPUBLIC

Had to pick up load of cardboards.ck in on scale get your MT weight then go all around the building to back in the dock. Quickly loaded and out in less den 45mins may be it was Saturday and I was the only truck at that time. Once loaded outbound scale out den walk to ck in place.

Pick up scrap plastic w 53 dry van, quick in and out. Staff friendly and helpful. May want to avoid Carson because of Railroad crossing low clearance (I made it, make sure landing gear is up fully).

I've attempted to close my account service since Mon. I spoke with Justin and was assured billing would cease. Since, I've spoken with multiple "customer service reps" That have not only refused to close the account, but as well hang up the phone on me. Any chance they have had of salvaging my business has been destroyed today due to a compartmentalized way of doing business. My time has been wasted! My request since Monday for billing to cease and account to be closed as I was assured by Justin has not been honored. Further requests with REPUBLIC SERVICES company today, to honor what was requested and promised by Justin have been denied. I will be reporting this to the TX consumer services, BBB, and local police department for fraudulent activity. I'm following up by reviewing your REPUBLIC SERVICES with a 1 star review of what has taken place over the last 3 days. No consumer or small business should ever have to go through this. In an attempt to help other consumers and small business by making my experience public, I'm writing this review. Republic Services actions are not legal nor ethical, or at all acceptable. This is my full description of REPUBLIC SERVICES as a whole. As of Monday, my account was paid in full and billing was to cease. Since, they have refused to do so and have continued to bill me. Again, this is not legal, and is why I will file a police report to protect me and my business from Republic Services.

This franchise in particular is horrible at scheduling, time management, and simple instructions. It doesn't help that their call center is in Arizona. First thing in the morning to them means 9 to 10am. The drivers are great and do what they can to make things easier. As for the others, they need to revamp their process. You're killing me.

Would not repair oil leak from compactor for over a year, when it finally got so bad that the compactor could not be used it still took them over a month to fix it.

It is finest services being rendered to keep the city neat & clean.
