Rescue Air Heating and Cooling, Dallas TX

Just moved into a new home and had a couple of air and heat issues. RescueAir provided a 30 minute response from calling to the repair person arriving. Upon arrival Dean helped walk me through my unit, identified the issue and even gave me a tutorial on how to change the airflow and see if the units are working properly.

Rescue Air has been great to work with. They installed our new A/C in the summer of 2021 and have done our maintenance since then. Their team has always been prompt, thorough, and highly professional. I wish all the home contractors we worked with could be like them! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

This is our second install using Rescue Air, we highly recommend both install and maintenance plans.

We had tremendous service with Melvin during our HVAC check up. Melvin was on-time, professional, and super attentive. Though our AC unit had more than a few issues, he took the time to explain each one and help us understand the root of the problem and next steps. We knew we were getting the absolute best service and thank Melvin for his dedication!

Melvin was amazing! He checked everything and found what was wrong after several technicians looked at the same problem previously. He was very detailed and accommodating. We want only him working on our system in the future.

Rescue Air and Heating installed my new system a couple of years ago. They system has been great. Their follow up quarterly cleaning and service is a great benefit. They are very thorough on setting appointments and staying on schedule. The technicians have been very professional. Our last service this week was with Melvin. He did a great job and went through the process very professionally and was informative.

We've used Rescue Air the last two times that our A/C unit has had issues. Roman was our service technician on both separate occasions. Roman was extremely professional and offered a thorough and detailed explanation of the issues our A/C unit was experiencing. He also offered the same thorough and detailed explanation of repair/replacement options available. We will definitely continue to use Rescue Air as our service provider in the future.

Adrian came out and did a full diagnostic on everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs!

Every bit of the process has been great. We were referred to Rescue Air by Costco's home services. Everyone from sales, service, and installation were amazing to work with including Alexia Gallagher, Jordan Wiggins, and Jesus Zuniga.

We are really happy with our new Lennox XC20! She's quiet and can hardly hear it when she runs. Also we've noticed a difference in our power bill already. They replaced the entire HVAC and everything is now new and improved. They came on a Sunday were able to complete the job all in one day.

Their customer service has been great any time I've called asking questions. Even after service has been completed we've received thank you notes from Alexia and even a small thank you box from their main office.

There is also a membership program where they will remind you for maintenance on your unit regardless where it was purchased before.

I think everyone would be foolish to not call Rescue Air when needing HVAC services in DFW!

Update on my previous review as of 12/02/2021
Melvin came to my house today and did the winter check-up. He was really knowledgeable on everything about the job. He is also super friendly and agrees to put on mask and shoe cover without any problem. The whole process was stress free since he did not really try to sell me anything that I feel is not necessary (my unit is 2-yr old).
5 starts to the company, 10 stars to Melvin.

Routine scheduled system for new HP heating side. Was very happy with the service. He found all good, but reinforces hi end duct tape on connecting outlet ti insure long term stability.
