We wanted our air quality tested and a mold inspection done. Ty was a class act through and through and we appreciated his service and kindness. We ended up not needing anything further and there were zero attempts to up sell us or push us into anything we did not need. All good - thanks Ty!

The guy come late for water damage estimation, he only spend 10 minutes with us and told us he need another estimation appointment to give us report!

Rescue came out when water damage from a leaking pipe was discovered. Drew did a thorough examination of the damage and discovered how e to dive the damage was. He arranged the clean-up for later that day. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Ty Parsons arrived on time after calling ahead of his expected arrival time. He was very easy to understand when he explained what he would be doing as well as all the options for my home restoration. I was very pleased with his work.

Rescue was great to work with on all levels! Cameron was amazing representative and I would definitely recommend this team if you ever have a flood situation.

We had Rescue Restoration out when our plumber discovered mold from water damage we had. Drew and the whole water mitigation and mold remediation team were excellent. Got our house dried and mold cleaned approximately. No complaints about that side of the company. They were excellent.

Where we did have issues was with the rebuild. We needed to gut an entire upstairs bathroom and repair the ceiling and wall on the first floor below. The first project manager, Andrew, came and got the demolition started, saying the whole thing would take 2-3 weeks. After the demo, all of the debris sat out by our curb for weeks, killing the grass. Then the project manager suddenly quit. We got a new one, Josh, and he had zero notes or any information about the project, didn’t know when/if materials had been ordered. He did his best, but it was a mess. He got things back on track, but the work crew (I assume a subcontractor) often wouldn’t show up when we were told he was coming or sometimes not at all. Very frustrating when I have two toddlers in the house and working around their schedules.

A couple months later, the second project manager quit. He definitely seemed like he had too much on his plate. So we worked directly with Randy to complete the last few things on the project finally. The whole “2-3 week” project took about 4 months.

When we finally received the bill, it was just the original estimate. We changed several things throughout the process and none of that was reflected on the bill. We had to personally go through every line item to make corrections so we weren’t being charged for work that wasn’t done or products we didn’t use. Thankfully, Rescue corrected the bill and discounted $300 for the extended time frame.

While I can recommend them for water mitigation and mold remediation, I would use someone else for remodeling.

While having a pipe break is not a great experience, the team from Rescue Restoration has been helpful, reassuring and very professional. They came on time and even gave a call ahead to let me know they were on their way. They took time to explain each step and gave us easy to understand updates throughout the process. They’ve done very neat work so far, and have been a pleasure to work with.

Trey and Kevin were very professional and committed to their job. It was an awesome experience having them in my house.

They came out right away on a Sunday, and were fast, clean and did a great job. Would definitely use again if another emergency, but hope won’t have another need!
