This place is super nice friendly staff Mayra and Jessica have been great! I’m happy to call this place home! The area is beautiful Very nice staff.

Before the new management this place was trash I am a first time renter and was having a very unpleasant experience hope this new management is somewhat better

The worst maintenance service i have ever seen. The management try to save as much as they can in maintenance regardless the satisfaction of the tenants.my water heater is not working for 2 weeks I submitted several maintenance requests but it is still not working.

The management and staff at @ Reserve are best in class. They all strive to give the greatest service possible. A lot of negative reviews below, consisting of pure inconsideration for these trying times we are experiencing. Excellent location, nice apartment, and good people.

STAY AWAY!

We're not even moved in yet and already this has been a nightmare. They tacked on $200 in fees that even the leasing rep couldn't explain. She herself said that "this isn't right", yet we had to pay it anyway. Good luck trying to get a return call or email from the leasing office. Someone smoked in our unit probably the entire time they lived there. We told the leasing office about but I'd be amazed if they actually did anything about it.

And now we found cockroaches in our apartment!

I have no idea how they have people rating them five stars. They must have people intentionally upvoting them because this place definitely doesn't deserve a rating of 3.5 or higher.

Two stars: one for the maintenance guys trying to fix things on time and the other for the location of the apartment. Other than that the appliances are very old and they need upgrades. The leasing office picks the phone up after 2/3 attempts. The gated community gate doesn’t work most of the times. My AC broke 5 times this year and my refrigerator was flooded atleast 4 to 5 times. The second bedroom never heats or cools down as the rest of the apartment. Other than that everything else is great;)

Visiting and had a chance meet Kelly. Kelly Owens was awesome and had the most pleasant attitude ever. I was nervous and she made me feel at home. Best person ever.

The printer at the club house is out of toner from several months and nobody care. The pool is full of trash and nobody care. The pool area full of bugs and nobody care.nobody care about the green area at the community except at the leaseing office to catch more tenants. The public areas should be more clean. The same community was great 4 or 5 years before but recently they have new terrrible management.

HIGHTLY WARNING! STAY AWAY from this apartment before you waste your money and time. The first day I entered, the floor was like a river, the water pipe was leaked, the next day, ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches crawled everywhere, they had come several times to fix but failed, The kitchen was unbearable, I tried to stay there for a month to wait for a house to buy, in that month i had really bad migraine because of the smell of the wood damaged under the sink. I wanted to move out without paying full amount of the fine (2k) but they denied my request. So I went to the office to ask for the phone number of the manager or the person responsible for the fine bill, but they did not give it to me And said some one will call me tomorrow, also they would not take the fine until I have a conversation with them, but they lied to me, nobody had called me for over a month and they had taken my money. That was a rip-off.
There are a lot more apartments around there and I’m sure you can easily find something much better than this one.

This place is horrible. They don't give any attention to the cleanliness of the place or to the green areas.swimming pool is always dirty.

I wish to rate them 0 stars.i am living here few months before the only thing is good here is the location.poor green areas (between building 6 and building 8) they care only about the landscaping area at front office to catch more tenants only but inside the community it is horrible.the swimming pool at the summer was full of bugs and the water was dirty it is not possible to use it.the community is not clean from inside you can find trash every where.and the most horrible here is the management staff there is no manger here and the assistant manager she dont have any experience in the same field if you ask her about any issue she will not answer you at all and she will said i will check and i will let you know but she will not come back for you at all. 1 more lady is there she is rude and i saw her before shouting for one tenant.i will not renew my leasing contract again even they offer for me 1 free year.you can pay little more and relax

We moved here from Tyler Tx. We got on the phone with the ladies in the office and we’re hooked! We had to move here in less then three weeks and they went over and above to help us in anyway to make this an easy move! Have recommended to many and have already had a friend move in!

Kelly has been the best. She's one of the reasons that sold my cousins and I on the place because she was so real and welcoming. It's a nice community that's well kept and I'm sure that we'll be satisfied with our time here. Thanks again Kelly!

I normally do not like to write reviews but. I LOVE IT Here! I have been here 5 years and as long as the rent stays reasonable I will remain here. The staff makes you feel right at home. They never make you feel like you are bothering them when you come into the office. Stacey the manager always have a smile on their face. I love the fact they are big on making sure the property stays and looks clean at all times.

Also, I loveeee me some MRS. Kelley! She wears so many hats, she helped me when I am upset, give me great insight on things I need. When I needed help putting work order in she helped with that. I bug her often and she never makes me feel like I am bugging her. When I know I really am. She is just pleasant to work with it.

Also the maintenance people come on the same day most of the time. I love it here.we have breakfast and pool parties and games for the kids.
Hope to stay here a long time,

The lead maintenance man is Darrell and he is the most capable, talented, and smart person around! When our air conditioning was out he came and figured out the problem right away and was so helpful and kind! Thank you!

UPDATE: They were able to assist me in helping me secure the apartment. Thanks Kelly for going above and beyond. You rock. Glad we were all able to work together.
Apartment shopping is always stressful, but being treated like you’re irrelevant by leasing agents is worse. Horrible customer service. Staff did not follow up with me when I was trying to lease an apartment. Kelly got irritated when I called to follow up on my application and documentation I submitted.

When my wife and I were searching for a new place to call home, we looked at three communities. The Reserve at Pebble Creek was our third stop. My wife immediately said this was the place.

After meeting Derrick, the assistant property manager, I felt the same way. He went well above and beyond what I could've ever expected. He showed from the very start that he cared and made us feel so welcome. He didn't stop at just getting the lease signed, his concern and care continued in making sure any problems we needed addressed maintenance wise were taken care of promptly.

The property manager Staci was just as amazing and helpful. I can't say enough about this community and the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, just a great bunch of people. This definitely feels like home.
